This product is nice and the grey matched my living room well. Heat put off by heater was good but set up in August so need to wait for colder days to test it out. Does not have remote control for heat or flame, but for the price well built. Suggestion for those not so handy when putting the heating unit in , you will need a flashlight, long magnetic tip screwdriver and something to hold the unit in place and leave while you put the screws in. Space is really tight where you need to put the screws. ... show more

I was able to assemble the stand and fireplace by myself and it took maybe a little over and hour. I am no handyman, but it was simple enough. The directions are diagrams you have to follow. We put a 55in TV on top and the legs just fit perfectly. For the price, the unit is extremely nice. The fireplace insert was making a clicking sound which was extremely disappointing. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent me a new replacement fireplace insert within a week. The new insert (which is easy to install) works perfectly. No noise whatsoever. It took me about 20 minutes to uninstall old insert and put in the new one. Extremely happy with their customer service and the product. It was a great purchase. The fireplace tv stand fits perfectly in my small room. Looks cozy and warm. You will not get a lot of heat from the fireplace but it’s just enough for a small area. Good quality and value for the price. I did have some difficulty building it but that’s always the case for me!!

Unit stopped producing heat after about a month. The flame comes on and when I turn on the heat, it comes out for about a minute then stopped. It was after 30 days so I couldn’t return to Amazon. I contacted Furinno customer service and gave them my Amazon invoice and a picture. They are requesting a video of the unit producing now heat. Not quite sure how a video can show no heat coming out. I can understand they want some proof but this is something that’s difficult to show via video. Not happy with this product nor am I happy with customer service. This was a really good buy for my small apartment. It offers a sufficient amount of heat and the flames give the apartment a very cozy feel. The fact that it's a corner tv stand gives it even more flare because it saves space and gives a wide range heat. It was really easy to assemble and came with everything needed to put it together. It doesn't come with a remote but I don't mind getting up to turn it off before I sleep. And I also have an Alexa smart plug that it's plugged into. ... show more
