Good, sturdy coffee table. It's nice and high, which is exactly what I wanted. It's a little higher than the seat cushion on my sofa. That's about the right height, in my opinion. I don't like to have to reach down to grab my coffee. It's nice to be able to just reach right over without having to bend. This actually about typical end table height, I'd say. It is easy to assemble. If you've ever assembled anything from Ikea, it's about on par with that level of effort. You will want a rubber mallet to tap the feet on, otherwise, you're going to either break something or hurt yourself. My wife and I put it together in about 15-20 minutes. I wanted something sturdy, attractive, and yet cheap enough I don't feel bad about giving it (or throwing it) away when I move. This definitely fits the bill. ... show more

Very thin wood on the table tops but it works and looks great. They only downside as others have stated is there is one piece of the bottom bookshelf that is not painted on the backside. The instructions are pretty bad but it can be figured out from looking at the pictures. I don't know how long they will last but for the price you can't go wrong. ... show more

It was a little time consuming to put together but not too confusing. We like it, but it probably isn't best if you have small children. The top seems just a touch unstable and if I try to shift it I can't grab it from the top or it feels like it'll pop off because of the way the top is attached. I wouldn't call it super sturdy but I've put my feet up on it (I know, I know) and nothing popped or broke so it's durable enough. I'd give it 5 stars if the top felt a little sturdier but I suppose it could be glued in and that would make it 5 from me. You get what you paid for which is a good bargain for a stylish piece and we like it a lot. ... show more

I'm using this table as a tv table as I suspect most people are doing, even though it was listed as a coffee table. I read one critique by one person saying he/she thought it was easy and assembled it in about 20 minutes. I'd say that person was either fibbing or a genius or a person from another dimension. admittedly i'm not really good timewise at assembling furniture but I always finish and the piece of furniture looks good when I finish. this one was no exception - it took me a few hours. I have one little complaint and that is that no tools came with the table. the screws that came had very small heads and none of my screwdrivers would fit, then I remembered I had three of those little wrenches (I can"t for the life of me think of the name of them) and one of them had a screwdriver head on one end. this is the only reason I was able to complete the table. over all I gave it a 5 star rating because it became a relatively sturdy and lovely piece of furniture when I finished. although I only have a 24" tv this table is long enough (almost 4' long) and sturdy enough to handle a tv with a much bigger screen. ... show more

Definitely its a value for money product , but why in the world these things are coming without hardware kids to install the table. Do i need spend again to buy the screw driver and other things? I have never seen any amazon package without hardware tools in my life. This one reason is enough to not to buy this product. The media could not be loaded. In terms of price product quality is very good. I found lot of negative reviews here regarding the cracking or breaking of the boards. Seller knows well that there is chance of spoilage during transportation but they don't take any extra initiatives to prevent this incident. Seller also knows better that this is very difficult to return that's why most of the customers don't return but expressed their negative opinions only. Cracking can be avoided easily if they wrap the corner of the boards with some thick paper sheets or bubble sheets but don't do it. Corner of the boards of my order also cracked that I was suspecting. My assumption hooked up to the reality 😭😭😭. ... show more

Just as pictures show. Good for the price. The instructions that came with it were to a different table. But was easy to figure out without proper instructions. Took me about 20 mins to put together.
