I have to admit that I was hesitant to purchase this due to the discount and some of the reviews that mentioned damaged boards and difficulty assembling. Luckily, I did not run into any of the problems that have been mentioned about this product. The package shipped out very quickly and I received it earlier than expected. Everything was labeled neatly in bags with the instructions similar to IKEA furniture - all the screws and pieces provided are exact amounts so it is important to not lose anything during the assembly process. I'm not the most efficient at putting furniture together but I was able to assemble all the pieces by myself in about 1 hour. The only complaints I would have about this table are that all the boards had holes pre-drilled into them but they weren't uniform sizes - I was also worried I'd break them if I screwed everything too tightly. Overall, the whole table feels sturdy enough for my 50" TV to stand on so far. For the cost of this whole unit and free shipping, I really felt like I got a good deal for this item! ... show more

It's very easy to assemble it looks good but if you're looking for elegance it's not it. Worked fine for me for a year! I passed it on. I'd buy it again if I needed to furnish a room really quick!

It came cracked on top in two spots. Fairly simple to put together if you follow the instructions. Not very sturdy. My rottweiler bumps it and I hold my breath and pray it doesn't collapse.
