This unit should be all wood looking according to the picture. it is not. the legs are black. the leg are held on with drywall screws and this is a piece of furniture you would expect to find in a college dorm. further more the top shelf rating is 45 pounds. the other two shelves are rated only;y for 15 pounds each. The lower shelf is divided into two sections they are too small to hold a DVD player since the divider prevents you from moving them to the middle and the legs prevent the front door of the DVD player from opening. IT is not worth 70.00. maybe 30 to 40. but no more than that . it is made fro 1/2 inch particle board, the top is thicker but of the same material. Over time it will warp in the humidity of the south. ... show more

It did not take long to put the stand together; however, the quality is concerning. After putting the stand together, I realized that the wood was cracked in several places. I am currently debating if I want to dissemble the piece and return it.

Would have sent back,did not like, a lot of work putting super glue in the holes to fix it. Particle board Just fell apart

The items was supposedly good and the main wood looks sturdy. However, we got trouble to install it because one of the pillar was drilled other way around and we need to improvised to make it happen. As a result it’s not properly fit.
