Update on March 1, 2017 from 3 to 4 Stars...the communication was there. I sent a message through Amazon's website thinking the reply should go there however it was going to an email which I rarely check and used when I set up my amazon account years ago. Push notifications to my devices usually update me well enough so I thought nothing of it. After reaching out a couple of times I finally left the three star review you can read below. The long story short is, we made contact and they sent an extra battery and roof lights for free! I would give them 5 stars, but it looks like one of the car's front tires is slipping now and it's basically a 3 wheel drive truck. I haven't done anything too crazy with it and wouldn't expect this to happen this early on though I played with it every day and my son who is 23 months old loves to chase it along with the neighbors dog. I'll contact them to see what I need after I get a chance to take a look at it more closely. End update. Old review: Customer service is horrible and non-existent, but the car is awesome. If I purchase from a company I'd at least like for them to show enough respect to respond to my inquiries. I've waited over a week before leaving this feedback after asking multiple times if they can sell me an extra battery. I hate having to charge it for 2.5 to 3 hours to play with it again. It's not as fast as they say, but is still plenty fast for the price. Too fast to play with in tight indoor spaces unless you're really skilled at driving it. I absolutely love the car. So far it's proved to be very durable, but with the way I drive it some spare parts and an extra battery would be nice. I'm having to give 3 stars because again, the customer service is horrible otherwise I'd give the car 5. I'd also like tracking updates. So I can be sure to be home or in town when the package arrives. The arrival date range they gave me was ridiculously wide even though it showed up a day early and I happened to be home. If there is an issue I am not comfortable with this company dealing with it properly as they do not respond. I still want an extra battery. It's a unique design or I'd just find one elsewhere. ... show more

Overall great product, high speed and easy to maneuver. However the batter does quickly. Which is very unfortunate as these cars are very fun to play with.

    • Awesome Car and finally a company that stands behind their product.
I bought this car for my son birthday and he loved the car, we had a little hick up with the car and I contacted the manufacturer and it all got squared away with a few emails. The car looks and feels great, the suspension works really nice and the tires are real rubber. The lights catches every kids eyes and they all want to play with it. The Pro's for this car: - Great beginner car for new RC enthusiasts (Kids or Adults). - Has everything in the box to start driving. - The ability to adjust the steering from the controller. - The throttle is pretty responsive. The Con's for this car: - Wish it had an adjustable speed controller so kids could learn how to drive at a slower speed. - Extra battery would be nice. The customer service from Novcolxya is superior and they stand 110% behind their product I can not be happier with this. To be honest what other company will send you complimentary parts for the first 90 days upon request or even respond to emails THAT fast. I will definitely purchase from Novcolxya again and I do recommend them, if you have any questions just let me know and I bet that the Customer support from Novcolxya will answer before I can answer them :) that's how fast they are. ... show more

Car only worked when purchased. Driven on black top and Little Rock’s get caught between the wheel and frame. At least that is all we could find for not working. Waste of $100.

    • Recommend this car.....but battery does not last a full year!
I would recommend children 10 and over are best at handling this car. But it's a good deal for the money and the car is already charged when it arrives, which is a plus. It is very durable. Ours has been run at top speed in mulch, sidewalks, roads, and dry grass. I wouldn't recommend driving in wet or damp grass or tall grass because it will be in the wheels and prevent it from rolling. Hard to clean out. The top is light weight and removes easily to charge and to clean. We have had a lot of remote control vehicles with our children and have been frustrated with the poor quality of most. And we didn't want to spend a couple hundred on one just for the yard....so this fit our needs perfectly. Less than a year later...UPDATE. I purchased this car in July 2017. The rechargeable battery only lasted 8 months and this is will not frequent use. Disappointed we are having to replace the rechargeable battery (that costs $16 and up) in less than one year. ... show more
