Ok, he is soooo cute! The message on his tummy is the best ever, and he is indeed soft and adorable. BUT. Despite the measurements, the product photos do make him appear to be MUCH bigger and fuller than he actually is in person. That wouldn’t matter a whole lot to me but his face work is very disappointing. Maybe I just ended up with one of the few that weren’t made quite as well. As another review points out, the smile and eyes are not separated enough to even resemble a snowman face. The carrot is way off center and there was quite a lot of glue strands on the face and hat that I cleaned up. I don’t know if you can tell in the photos, but there is “red bleeding” from a couple of the “smile coals” that are glued on … which doesn’t look real nice close up; and nothing can really fix that without ruining him all together. For some reason there were a couple of extra hearts in the package, so since we are a family of 5, I glued them on (that doesn’t count with his big heart). Overall, he truly is cute, but not worth the money considering the poor craftsmanship on his face. If that had been done as beautifully as the snowman overall, he would’ve been worth every penny - even if he is smaller than he appears in the pictures - but unfortunately, a snowman’s face can make or break him. He will still be a “family gift” for my son, but again - I’m truly sorry to say that he is definitely disappointing for the money. ... show more
