Gorgeous ceramic casserole pan in attractive colors - light pink sides and light grey interior. The four photos really tell the story. First is simply a photo of the pan before I started cooking. The second and third photos show the glazed salmon ready to go into the oven and then a photo of the cooked food respectively. The last photo shows how clean the pan was after only 1 minute of cleaning in the sink. The product distributed the heat well and aided in cookinh the salmon perfectly. It was easy to clean. I will typically be using a small sheet of aluminum foil in the bottom of this pan when I can to preserve its' life. This beautiful ceramic baking dish is a huge upgrade from my current dark, sad looking glass dish. This is a baking dish that you would be proud to use as a serving dish on a special occasion—but, of course, it’s perfect for everyday use as well. Love the soft pink color on the outside—so pretty! The light gray inner surface is non-stick. Additionally, it’s dishwasher safe, but since it’s so beautiful, I think I’ll be handwashing mine. Also love the handles on each side—makes it so much easier to safely take it out of the oven. All in all, a beautiful addition to my kitchen. How have I gone so long without a 9x13 baking dish? This is a beautiful dish, well made, nice color, and a very smooth glaze. So much better than an aluminum one. I love the handles! I like that they are not the "tab" kind of handles, but instead have the hole in them so I can get a good grip on them with my clunky oven mits. My lasagna recipe suggested a ceramic dish instead of a metal baking dish. A ceramic dish holds the heat longer, and some people claim the sauce tastes better. I especially like this pan for lasagna because it's deep and the edges are square. The noodles will fit right up to the end, and I will be able to add another couple of layers. Top quality ceramic baking dish. It appears to be very sturdy. However, you do have to be careful going from hot to cold and cold hot as it is ceramic and will break. I’m probably gonna use this for tiramisu because I don’t have to worry about temperature changes
