Got this for our guest room. First guests said it was soft and firm, slept great the entire week they were here! Set up was easy, and didn’t take any longer than 2 hours to fully rise. No weird smell either. (Picture was as soon as I opened the package) I think for me, it would be to springy, as I like a more firm mattress. However with a guest room bed, seems to be great so far!
