I ordered this mattress hopeful but also thinking I might be disappointed. I am very pleasantly surprised with the quality for the price. I liked the idea of having a reversible mattress in case the soft was too soft or the firm was too firm. I have it on the soft side and it is very comfortable. Soft enough that you sink in a little but not so much that you’re not supported and wake up sore. It fully expanded in a few hours. It did have a bit of a plastic smell to it but that has gone away over the last day or two. Going from a 20 year old full sized bed to this has been a massive upgrade for my husband and I. I would definitely recommend this mattress.

One side plush and the other a little bit hard but not that hard. It’s a very good and beautiful mattress with a 12” high size which I like so much. I asked my granddaughters how they liked the mattress and they said that they slept very comfortably and they liked a lot.

If you’re considering a new mattress this is the one for you! I loved the idea of two different firmnesses just from flipping the mattress over, it’s truly a win win for everyone. Not to mention you don’t have to spend an arm and a leg to sleep peacefully. The soft side is so deeply absorbing of your body it sink down into the mattress that’s side isn’t for me but maybe you would enjoy that. I enjoy the firm side it is much more body holding to my likings. I truly have never slept so soundly or long until this mattress.

Unfortunately, this mattress arrived with a strong, unpleasant odor, like mold and mildew. Within hours, my entire room smelled as if it had been flooded and left damp for years. I tried airing it out for several days, hoping the smell would fade, but it only seemed to get worse. I reached out directly to the seller, but unfortunately, I never received a response. Ultimately, I had to return it through Amazon associates. Aside from the smell, the mattress had a nice feel and a soft, comfortable touch—though it was a bit softer than I usually prefer. I would have kept it if it hadn’t smelled so bad. It came with a high-quality cover, zippered on three sides, which made it convenient to remove and wash (I even tried washing it, thinking it might help with the odor). It’s disappointing, but I guess I was just unlucky with this purchase.

I purchased this mattress after weeks of researching and comparing a lot of different options. I was looking for a super plush mattress that basically felt like sleeping on clouds, but I wasn’t trying to spend a fortune. I liked the idea of it being reversible; soft on one side and more firm on the other. The mattress just arrived today. It was delivered on time, easy enough for me to open and set up on my frame, and is the softest mattress I’ve ever laid on!! It greatly exceeds my expectations, and for the price, it’s absolutely perfect! I’m not gonna take a tape measure and see if it’s 12 inches, cause it doesn’t matter to me. I’m extremely happy with it!
