I bought the Coolvie 12-inch twin-size Hybrid Mattress a few months ago for my 13-year-old daughter, and so far, it has exceeded our expectations. It arrived quickly, although the box was a little heavy for me to carry upstairs by myself. The instructions for opening the box and unwrapping the plastic were clear, and it was satisfying to watch the mattress regain its shape in just a few minutes. The hybrid design, which combines the support of innerspring coils with three layers of premium foam, really sets this mattress apart. My daughter finds it very comfortable, with the foam providing just the right amount of softness while the innerspring coils give it a supportive feel. After several months, she still reports sleeping well and hasn't experienced any sagging or loss of comfort. For the price, this is a fantastic product. It offers the perfect balance between comfort and support, without breaking the bank. I’m extremely impressed with this mattress. It’s a perfect combination of soft and firm, and is perfectly comfortable. I was also frankly amazed at the fact that it came packaged in a vacuum roll, and then it literally sprang to life upon breaking the vacuum seal. It’s not just a foam mattress—there are wrapped metal coil springs internally, with all the benefits that arrangement offers. Of course, it’s off gassing a little bit in the beginning, so there’s a bit of a smell that’s already dissipating after a day. Overall, I’d say it represents impressive Chinese design, manufacturing and delivery technology. It’s as good or better than brand name mattresses costing twice as much or more; there’s just no way a US manufacturer could provide this quality at a similar price. I’ll report back if there are any durability issues, but I don’t expect any. 5+ stars and an extra “snap”! Way to go, Coolio!

I was super nervous to order a mattress online. I didn't want to spend a gazillion dollars on an online mattress purchase without being able to feel it first. I was out of state when I made the purchase This one is an absolute dream! I read tons of reviews and want to thank those who reviewed this one. Mine is a queen, 14 inches thick, and medium firm. Delivery and item were flawless. Zero damage, zero smell, ZERO regret. I sleep on my side with no issues (for five days so far). I'm thrilled it can be used on an adjustable bed! Great quality at a terrific price! I feel great when I wake up - like I got a good night's sleep, and no aches or pains at all - I'm almost 60... if you know, you know, lol! I would absolutely buy it again. Possibly even over my dream mattress.

In Spring 2024 I bought a well-reviewed, but lower cost, full sized mattress in a box from Amazon for my spare bedroom and was shocked in a good way when I was given a specific delivery time option and discovered that mattress was delivered and set up free of charge by Amazon (and there was an option to take away an old mattress and box spring at NO EXTRA CHARGE). I mistakenly thought that's how all mattresses were sold off Amazon only to later discover by trial and error that this option now exists for only selected, upper range quality mattresses that are specifically sold and shipped by Amazon. I am a big guy and weigh over 240 pounds, but find this model of Coolvie mattress to be very comfortable for me to sleep on as both a side and back sleeper and very supportive of my body weight. The other amazing thing is I can sit on the edge of this mattress without it collapsing. If you read the reviews of most other "mattresses in a box" (even the more expensive ones), you will hear customer reviews saying you will slide off the edges. I also took advantage of getting an Amazon Prime credit card with no annual fee that further reduced the cost of this mattress (in addition to the Black Friday price) by an extra $200. I am a happy camper after the first two weeks. Will update if my experience changes.
