Very unhappy with this mattress, don’t understand how people gave it 5 stars and it’s so hard!!! Mattress is extremely firm, I currently have a firm bed but needed a new one and after reading reviews decided for this one. Very upset they want to charge you almost $70 to return it. I slept on it 1 night and woke up with neck and low back pain. I’ve always had firm beds because my husband has back problems but now that I’m a little older I wanted something medium firm. This has been the hardest one I have ever purchased. I do not recommend this bed unless you want to sleep on a very hard mattress. The top foam layers contour just enough around my shoulders and hips to relieve pressure, but the coil support core keeps my back from sagging. I’m mostly a back and side sleeper, and I wake up with less stiffness in my lower back than I did on my old mattress. Seems hard at first but the more the pillow top expands the softer it gets but still firm ! I got the 12 inch king!
