The bedframe all comes nice and neatly in the headboard which I thought was a nice touch. The assembly video helped a lot, and I really like how it looks in my room. I'm not worried about when I have to move my bed to another place, because once it's disassembled it all fits back into the headboard. Really good quality for a really good price. I bought this bed in light grey and so far, it has been great. It looks exactly like the advertised pictures and can be assembled by one person. Assembly Process: 1. When I opened the package, the headboard seemed to be the only item in there. However, there is a sticker on the rear end of the headboard that mentions that there are more parts inside the zip. Opening the zip to access the parts was difficult. This was mostly because the zip was pretty stiff. I did manage to open one side and was able to pull the parts out. Glad I didn't open the entire zip because I couldn't close the zip (seems to be stuck). Doesn't bother me too much though because the zip is not visible at all once the bed is against the wall. 2. The rest of the assembly process was pretty straight-forward and the manual did its job. 3. Placing the slats onto the bed frame at the very end required some brute force because 2 of the planks were just the slightest bit too big. Some pushing and force was needed to fit them into the frame. Not too bad though. Visual Appeal: As mentioned earlier, the bed matches the descriptions posted by the seller and looks great. We bought this bed for our daughter. Very sturdy bed. However may purchase more sturdy slats. She is only a toddler, but however to make it longer lasting, those slats are not going to last forever. Bought this mattress frame and set it up in March and 6 months later it’s broken. Went to lay in bed and it completely broke and fell apart. Metal pieces broke off, screws are horrible quality, and overall it’s just cheaply made. Go spend your money on another frame and don’t waste your money like I did on this cheap frame. In short - buy it and don’t overthink it. The value is great! While the sturdiness is just ok, I wish the metal portion of the frame was implemented better. It’s just not quite even without the weight of the mattress itself. When the mattress is in place - no issues. Other than that, the fabrics are just fine, the headboard is not super tall and soft enough. What else is there to wish for? Definitely beats the same “platform” design made of wood when every wrong step you take it “rewards” you with a fresh bruise. Soft fabric all the way around the fabric frame protect your legs from bruises. Looks good also. Inexpensive! Great for the “apartment” kind of setup if you don’t want to spend more money for something more fancy. ... show more

    • Looks nice, but poor construction quality

The bed looks really nice, and works perfectly in our daughter’s room. The velvet is soft and there aren’t any sharp edges on the bed. However, the construction quality is awful. It does NOT feel like it will hold up long term to a 4 year old jumping on her bed. One pre-drilled hole for a leg was drilled too wide and I had to drill a new pilot hole to make it work. Also, the 4 side pieces were labeled in the instructions as having an A and B end. The pieces were actually individually labeled with only A, B, C, and D. Doesn’t sound like a big deal, but the appearance was so close on each end that it made the assembly take longer since I had to test for each one and couldn’t tell if it was right or wrong until I started tightening bolts. Overall, it’s okay and I’ll keep it. But hindsight I would just spend the money on something nicer. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. bought a full size for my 16 year old daughter and she’s in love with it. It came packaged and wrapped up nicely. It didn’t have any funny smells at all. All of the pieces were in the box although, a couple of screws were loose I was able to gather them up and place where they needed to be. Instructions were simple, The letters on the side pieces weren’t label correctly, the directions state A&B however, the letters on the side pieces are labeled A-D. Still self explanatory it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to put this bed together. It was a one woman job that took Lee’s then an hour to assemble with no tools needed everything came in the box. I’m so happy I went with this bed frame and most of all my baby loves so we’re good ... show more

I ordered the bedframe and it arrived fairly quickly. After the assembly, I noticed the right leg of the headboard was twisted and a squeaking sound. But surprisingly the After Sales Team reached out to see how I was enjoying the bed. I mentioned the twisted leg and sent a picture. They arranged for FedEx to deliver another frame, free of charge. That shipment arrived fairly quickly as well. After setting up the bedframe, it looks perfect with no squeaks. I couldn't be any happier. I love how quickly everything was resolved.
