These sheets came packaged nicely so would be suitable for gifting. I ordered them for my own bed and they are soft and deep enough to adequately cover my thick mattress with foam topper. They washed up nicely and didn't shrink. The only thing if you care is they come out slightly wrinkled, but not a problem for me. I will order these again. ... show more

It's actually not what I ordered, but close enough. Material is soft but very thin so not sure if they'll last as long as I'd like. Seem a little cheap. 1000 thread count? Not sure about that?
