I love the full face snorkel mask for swimming laps in my pool. I don't have to worry about timing my breathing to coincide with being above water and it takes a load of strain off my aging neck. This product is actually a set of two masks. You get the full face snorkel mask and a more traditional swimming mask with a separate snorkel. Both are made well and I didn't have any issues adjusting them to fit my face (and not leak!). I only docked these a star because they do tend to fog up. You may want to use an anti-fog wipe or something on them before use.

These are nice quality snorkel masks with nice viewing ports. They aren't antifog as they suggest. Or maybe they intend to be, but they are not. Newsflash, it is very rare to get masks that are actually fogless, there are tricks you must use or additional wipes that can help prevent fogging. I don't hold the fogless claim against this product, but don't expect a miracle with them lol. Overall though, I am happy with this product and appreciate the full face option in the bundle, as it is my preferred mask type. It's also fairly priced. I would highly recommend this product.

I tested both masks in our pool since we plan on using them when we go on vacation to the Dominican Republic in a few weeks. The regular snorkel mask worked decently well. My only complaint about it, is that they claim it's antifog but it did fog up a little bit while using it. The full face mask was really cool because of the way bigger degree of viewing it offers. Unfortunately I was hoping I could wear these with my glasses but the part that goes over the mouth is too bulky to hold the glasses in place. It did fog up a bit but it was below the mouth part so it didn't affect seeing through it whatsoever. The thing I really didn't like about it is that it has to be on really snug so water doesn't get into it and because of that I could only bear to wear it for 30 minutes max before I needed a break from the pressure. I'm sure the fact that it's a little harder to breath through didn't help. Also sometimes finding the slot to clip the straps in can be difficult without help sometimes. They do come with two travel bags which keeps everything nice and tidy travel and even for storage. Honestly though for the price, they function well enough that I'd get them again and recommend them for anyone going snorkeling!

So, there is a bit of controversy around the dangers of using full face snorkels, so I do strongly recommend you 1) Do your research and 2) field test this thing before you take it as your only piece of snorkeling gear. Mileage may vary and they can definitely be uncomfortable and dangerous. With the public service announcement out of the way, here's the review: Concerning the Full Face Snorkel Mask -- I noted that on the website they do not list any compliance with any scuba certifications or regulations, and it is easy to see why. The mask gasket, both around the entire face mask and also just around the nose and mouth, appears to be of an average quality silicon, and the one-way valves are merely flaps. Otherwise, the rest of the mask, particularly the transparent plastic bits seem to be of a decent quality, particularly when it comes to the clarity and viewing angle of the mask. The Go Pro mount seemed a bit unnecessary and useless, considering if you use the mask as directed (no diving allowed) the Go Pro would be mounted *ABOVE* the water... so no underwater pictures for you unless you contort yourself into the right position. Maybe better to just hold it? Wearing the mask was comfortable, except for the feeling of my own hot breath being pulled across the eyes and rapidly running out of oxygen. For me, the times when I could actually draw breath from the mask, it didn't take too long before my chest start to burn and I felt like I couldn't breathe. Other times, particularly after fully submerging, there would be times where I literally couldn't take a breath (probably due to the waterstop system not disengaging). That said, my girlfriend had absolutely no problem lightly swimming around in the mask for up to 10 minutes at a time (and only stopping then to discuss, not because she couldn't breathe). My face measurement (nose bridge to chin) is about 5.5 inches, while she is 4.5. Plus, she doesn't have a short beard. Either way, I am suspecting there wasn't a sufficient seal around my nose and mouth and that's probably why I could barely use the bloody thing. So consider yourselves fairly warned! Please field test the full face mask before putting yourself in an awkward position while on vacation. UPDATE: Had a chance to try out the standard snorkel that comes with it and it's definitely not a bad product. Lenses are clear and have an antifog coating and the snorkel has an excellent water stop system). I had a bit of trouble with water seeping into the mask, but I suspect it has to do with my facial hair, rather than having to do with the product itself. More over, the snorkel has a really convenient strap release system that helps you remove the mask quickly. I have to say, for the price, I'm pretty impressed with the overall package. Bumped up to 4 stars. Still HIGHLY recommend anyone purchasing this set to try it before you take it on vacation.

I like this pair of snorkeling goggles because it offers a wider field of view than most. Here are somethings to consider if you plan to get this set. Pros: - Compared to snorkeling masks I've used in the past, this definitely is a step up because I am able to have a much wider field of view without that much visual distortion at the edges. - The fit is snug but not uncomfortably tight. I do not feel that the elastic bands and the silicone seal is pressing too tightly against my head or face. Cons: - The price is the biggest impediment to being a value buy. If priced lower than it is, I would be more readily able to highly recommend it. Overall, I do recommend this set of snorkeling gear for your next trip to the beach or ocean adventure.
