  • Great build quality and value for the price
Color: Black+Dark Blue
ORIGINAL POST (05/12/2025): Buying a two‑pack of full‑face snorkel masks felt like a steal for gearing up my Baby‑Shark‑obsessed niece and nephews before beach season, and the specs look promising: a 180‑degree panoramic lens, fold‑down dry‑top snorkel, and anti‑fog dual‑channel airflow system, all in kid‑sized silicone that should resist leaks. The masks arrive fully integrated, i.e., no loose mouthpiece to misplace, which means the kids can suit up without hunting for parts. Materials feel sturdier than the bargain sets at big‑box stores; the skirt is supple but thick, and the polycarbonate window shows no flex when I press on it. Straight out of the box, both masks adjust quickly with a wide elastic strap that won’t pinch hair, and the foldable snorkel locks with a satisfying snap that should survive a few tosses into the beach bag. I like that the airway separates inhale and exhale paths, a design snorkel reviewers praise for cutting down CO₂ buildup and fogging in kids’ masks. Even the included mesh tote is a nice touch for sandy gear runs. If the anti‑leak seal and dry‑top valve work as advertised, the kids should keep water out while surface paddling and get crystal‑clear views of minnows around the pier, something a traditional goggle‑and‑snorkel combo never managed without constant readjustments. The full‑face design also lets them breathe naturally through nose or mouth, which is ideal for first‑timers. Until we hit the surf on Memorial Day weekend, I can’t vouch for long‑haul durability, but based on build quality and all‑in pricing, I’m happy so far. Two masks for less than the cost of a single premium kid set, and no tiny parts to lose, makes this bundle an easy yes for parents or doting aunts and uncles, like me and my husband, gearing up young snorkelers. I’ll update this review once the little sharks have tested them in open water, but so far, initial impressions point to a solid, kid‑friendly design that should turn first snorkels into big grins. UPDATE (05/13/2025): I read through the one‑star reviews for these snorkel masks and noticed the same red flag popping up: carbon‑dioxide buildup that led some users to faint or worse. I haven’t let my niece and nephews try the masks yet, but my husband, who has logged decades underwater with scuba tanks and snorkels, reminded me that CO₂ overload usually happens when people don’t breathe correctly, not because the gear is inherently deadly. When you snorkel, you need slow, deep inhalations followed by full, unhurried exhalations; shallow, rapid breaths keep stale air swirling inside the mask and can knock you out before you realize anything’s wrong. The fact that some reviewers said their kids passed out makes me think the little ones probably never got a proper breathing lesson. Kids tend to default to quick, chest‑level breaths when they’re excited or nervous. So before we hit the beach, I’m planning a backyard dry run: masks on, a couple rounds of deliberate belly‑breathing, and a reminder that snorkeling is more like yoga than sprinting. With kids, teaching technique isn’t optional; it’s the difference between a fun memory and an ambulance ride. ... show more

  • My 4-Year-Old Loves This Shark Mask!
Color: ‎Blue+Purple
I bought this snorkel mask for my 4-year-old, and he’s absolutely obsessed. The shark design is super fun — he pretends to be a “friendly shark” every time we go in the pool. The full-face design makes it really easy for him to breathe, and it actually helped him feel more confident putting his face in the water for the first time. The seal is snug but comfortable, and the dry snorkel works well — no water getting in when he dips under. He even wears it in the bathtub sometimes just to “go on missions.” It’s held up great so far and has become one of his favorite pool toys. Highly recommend for little kids who love sharks and are still getting used to the water! ... show more

  • 5 year old afraid of ALL goggles LOVES THIS!
Color: Yellow Green
My 5 year old has always REFUSED to put his face in the water, and REFUSED to wear ANY kind of goggles whatsoever. (Think: panic and crying meltdowns) I got him this and as soon as it arrived at our house, he lit up when he opened it! We went swimming and (after some encouragement) he put his face into the water for the first time. He was literally jumping up and down with happiness that he could see a whole new world under the surface! He spent the next 45 minutes barely bringing his head above water (Not exaggerating! LOL) But what blew me away the most was how, now that he wasn't afraid and hyper-focused on whether or not he could breathe, he could FINALLY solely focus on learning to move through the water. Within 25 minutes he insisted on taking off his arm floaties. I trusted him, and stayed very close, and to my shock he was floating his body horizontally on the waters surface and swimming around, on his own, WITH NO FLOATIES! All because he could allow his head to be in the water. Removing his fear of "not being able to breathe" actually freed up space in his mind to experiment with movement under water! By the end, he was figuring out proper kicking, keeping a level body, and using his arms, all because he didn't have to worry about air. He even started "diving" from the pool stairs into the deeper water! - Again: WITH NO ASSISTANCE If your kiddo has a fear of not breathing/fear of goggles that is holding them back from embracing swimming, this is a game changer!! Just be aware that your child's voice WILL BE VERY MUFFLED in this mask, so you need to walk them through basic hand signals to communicate if they're OK or if they need your help, and ALWAYS stay close to guage if they're in distress and need assistance (Basic water safety guys) ... show more

  • My kids had a blast with these!
Color: ‎Blue+Purple
My kids had a lot of fun with these! We just went to the pool for the first time this summer and I showed these to my kids. They were intimidated at first because it seems like a lot compared to their normal goggles, but after they tried it, they loved it. Spent the whole time swimming around looking at the bottom of the pool with these. They feel like they are good quality and will hold up well. ... show more

  • These are great.
Color: ‎Blue+Purple
My kids love them. It does take a little bit for them to get used to not having to raise their face for air and to not go to far under the water. But they love being able to swim around in the pool. My 6yr old says he is a diver now. LOL. The size is perfect for my 6 and 8 yr old. They love the colors bc they can tell which is which. It does take help to get on the first time or two bt after they can get them on and off by themselves. ... show more
