Come to find out it was easy and did not cause a fight or throwing of tools. Took about two hours to assemble by myself but this bed frame is awesome! I’ve had it set up for about a week and it’s heavy but sturdy. I was originally worried because I didn’t want a bed frame with a headboard because I didn’t want it knocking up against the wall while doing the deed lol but this thing didn’t budge so highly recommended ... show more

It's a great bed. Exactly as pictured. The only thing I had an issue with were when you got to the instructions with the slats. The 3 steps were very misleading. Ya gotta put the slats on and then do the legs in the middle, just fyi! Oh, and the sides were super wobbly until the slats went on all the way so ya need 2 people for that part for sure! This upholstered bed frame is not only very pleasing and would go with just about any color scheme. The frame itself is very sturdy and worth the price. We had the bed frame assembled by movers, therefore, I cannot say whether it was easy or difficult to assemble, although it did not take them long to put it together. I was nervous as to whether the bed frame could take a box spring with the mattress; as it turns out the bed looks amazing with box spring and mattress. Overall good product, it takes some time to put together, but once is assembled it’s sturdy and beautiful. I have noticed the price went up from $209 to $229. So far I’m happy with it.

The directions are not really good but with a little common sense we got it done in about a hour! The piece labeled #6 came cracked and is very fragile so be careful when tightening it or it will crack! The bed is very sturdy! Way more sturdy then the $2000 bed we just replaced this one with! Even tho the bed don’t require a box spring we used ours because the bed was kinda low without it! The parts look cheesy and feel cheesy when youre taking them out the box but they come together VERY NICE!! Overall I’m pleased with this purchase and love this bed!
