Description

The new Instax Mini Link smartphone printer is a successor to the Instax Share sp-2 smartphone printer. With its sleek and light body design, revamped app, fun social features, and Bluetooth capability, The Instax Mini Link will surely grab attention. Its user-friendly app experience (download of free app is required) will allow people to easily customize their photos with close to 30 fun and colorful frames, create collage and split prints and print photos from their videos. Plus the Instax Mini Link app will have two modes – print mode and fun mode. With fun mode, users would be able to connect up to 5 smartphones to the Instax Mini Link and print a photo collage with party print or have fun discovering their compatibility with others using the compatibility test. The Instax Mini Link will also have a motion sensor in which users can zoom in or zoom out to take a photo with the app by tilting the printer or reprint photos by turning the printer upside down and pressing the Instax button. It will be available in three colors: Dusky pink, dark denim and ash white.

I am so impressed and extremely pleased with this printer. The initial charge of the printer was quick. The Bluetooth connectivity was easy and simple. The app is pretty great too. I haven’t had much time to see what other features you can use on it but with time I will. I love that in the app, you can see how much battery life the printer has and how many more films you have left. This helps out so much especially when you forget how many films you’ve printed. I tried the reprint feature where you turn the printer upside-down to print another copy of the last picture you printed and it worked beautifully. Such a cool little device to have! Love love love the color! Now I’m not just stuck with toting around my Polaroid camera! The one con I may have with this (and really it’s no big deal) is that I wish the prints came out a bit warmer in color and that the contrast was a bit darker. I’m sure there’s a way to tweak that in the app but I’m still learning. Other than that, I am super happy with this purchase!! ... show more

    • Best money I’ve spent!
This is such an amazing little printer! I absolutely love the Polaroid photos you get with the camera, but I hate the lack of control you get with it! I can never center the photo perfectly, and the film is not cheap to play around with, even with selfie attachments! I received this for Christmas and instantly it changed my photo game! Photos print out pretty quickly, all through the Instax app. This printer requires, like the camera, the mini instax Fuji film packs. They come in a lot of different patterns and themes, but you have to use the entire pack in one go. Film is ruined by exposure once it has been used, and must be used all the way through before switching to another. The control on the photos is great! You can adjust and zoom into the photo, add a filter and brighten or add contrast to the photo. So far my I haven’t printed a bad photo! This has really allowed me to get some great prints. I no longer have to carry my camera around in addition to my phone. I don’t have to waste time to take two separate photos anymore! Overall, I am super happy with this purchase! Printer gets a great charge, app works well and the photos are perfect everytime! ... show more

I love this thing!!! It’s so easy to use and fun. I will say the pictures are on the lighter side, so you may need to adjust your brightness and contrast before printing to it’s not washed out, but I do love how easy it is to use

No more guessing and wasting shots. When people were over I'd have to take two pics one for us and one for them. Now I can make copies of the same pic as many as I want, film stock providing. No connection problems with the app (I use Android). In my case, I used my Canon Camera Connect App to import from the camera directly to the phone and printed it to the Instax Mini Link via bluetooth. Obviously you can use a cellphone pic or any picture for that matter. The collage print feature is another bonus vs. a proper Instax cam. Also, I was able to print in black and white regardless of the color film. Yeah it's 99 dollars, but with its ease of use and fun shots I can give to people... I'll find myself using it a lot more often. No regrets. ... show more

This is a gem and worth the money. I’ve had a mini Polaroid camera and it’s great but it’s definitely pretty bulky and isn’t easy to carry around. My friend has this printer and I was skeptical at first but oh man- it’s magical. Literally prints anything from your phone and the quality is pretty good. I’d say like 8/10 pictures come out perfect. Sometimes they are a bit blurry or off color if the photo in your phone wasn’t great quality to begin with, but even then it’s still great. The film is expensive but I’ve grown to accept it. Get a little photo album for these and you’ll be set. I love having it and knowing I can print these photos to have forever when before they were kind of just trapped in my phone. I’m still going to use my actual camera when it’s convenient but I love knowing I have this too. ... show more

    • Such a cute little product that’s fun to have..
This is my first instant printer from Fujifilm. I’ve eyed it for so long in the past up until now, and finally bought one. I love it! It’s super cute, and easy to use. However, it took a little bit of work to get it to connect on Bluetooth and also for the film. I am also disappointed that the printer didn’t come with any films! Good thing I bought some on the side, but that would suck for someone else who didn’t. The pictures are nowhere near the quality of a real photo printer, it’s just a cute little printer that prints out cute little photos for “fun.” You won’t be able to see every little detail, but it is good enough. Also, the picture have a blur to them to make them look kind of glowy. When compared to the HP Sprocket, photos are more precise in color and prints are much more detailed and clear. The HP pictures are also more of a pink and yellow tone as well (vintage). ... show more

I love this little printer. People really enjoy having an instant copy of a photo. The colors on the images have a more vintage look, so expect that your original colors and highlights will not be exactly like what you are viewing within the app. I always bring down the brightness and contrast to help compensate for the brightness, especially in photos with bright highlights. If you purchase one of these thinking you will get color representation exactly like that of your camera or phone, it will disappoint, but if you understand that the prints have their own character, you'll quickly understand how to adjust to get the best quality within the limitations of the format. The app is easy to use, and the printer is super easy to connect to. The size of the printer is small enough you can out it in a pocket. For its ease of use and the joy the prints bring when giving them away, I'd recommend it to anyone. ... show more
