In my opinion this is so much better than having a Polaroid camera. You waste so much less paper! No more needing waste paper to retake images when you can just get a good one with your phone and print it out. Plus you can print multiple of the same exact photo, which in normal scenarios might not make sense… But if you do character or celebrity appearances, it makes a great sale or giveaway item that you can produce quickly. The only issue I’ve had is that they print a little lighter than the viewfinder shows, so in the app that for it, you’ll need to adjust the brightness down to make It look a little too dark, that way it doesn’t look too washed out when it finally finishes developing. I love turning photos from my phone into Polaroids. They look so special and it’s just not realistic for me to have a Polaroid camera always on me. Now I can just take the photo on my phone and print it later. It’s the size of my hand. Prints quite quick. I've been using this for a while. It's great to print out photos at home instead of bringing an Instax camera outside. Plus, you can add decorations or text through their apps. They work seamlessly.

This little printer definitely does its job. Its small could easily fit in a purse or a man’s pocket. The pictures came out really well & looks like I took them from my Polaroid. I attached a photo of the film that I bought, it did not come with the printer Incase anyone was wondering which one to get like I was before I bought the printer. I also attached the Polaroid pics I printed but I blurred faces for privacy reasons 🤗 ... show more

    • fun and easy to use - software could use some improvements

This gadget is a really fun and creative way to memorialize some of your favorite photos. It's a little pricey but gives the flexibility to print any photo on your phone camera roll - without having to carry around your Polaroid camera to capture pictures in the moment. This flexibility lets me get far more use out of the product than I ever did with an instant Polaroid camera and allows me to print photos I would never be able to take with one. The "fun" mode doesn't add much in my experience but it costs the same as the previous model, so the main difference for me comes down to the design changes - which are also minimal. If you're debating between an Instax Bluetooth printer and a Zink product - Instax prints are solid quality and are less likely to fade over time. My only complaint has to do with the printing software/app on iOS. Photos tend to come out overexposed unless you play around with the brightness/contrast (I turn the brightness down and contrast up). This is fine, but there is no way to access these settings from the share option within the photos app. This means that I always print through the Instax Link app interface, which sorts photos slightly differently than the photos app and can sometimes be difficult to locate photos with. ... show more
