This is a solid harness. It fits great and feels very high quality. We'll worth the extra few dollars when it comes to my safety.

  • Very Comfortable for a Harness
Style: Aluminum Construction Full Body Harness Size: XL/2X
I purchased these to use for installing scaffolding. They fit according to the sizing and were much more comfortable than our previous harness. The belt has a nice amount of back support and the yoyos are easy to attach. Very pleased with this purchase.

  • Fits perfect and is comfortable but…
Style: Aluminum Construction Full Body Harness Size: Medium/Large
This harness fits snug on me and is extremely comfortable on me. Im an iron worker so having a good harness is a must the only issue I had was with the shoulder straps loosening up on me quite frequently but I just set them where they needed to be and had my grandma sew them so they wouldn’t loosen anymore. after that the harness has been holding up perfect! Would definitely suggest buying one if your in a harness all day plus the price is very reasonable! ... show more

  • it'll do for now
Style: Aluminum Construction Full Body Harness Size: Medium/Large
the likes go first, it's comfortable, I'm 6' 195 lbs so the large was a good fit, easily adjustable and stays put throughout the day, the d rings are forward enough to let bolt bags, spuds and whatever else you need are right there where you need them. Now the dislikes, the d rings if you look at the picture it shows the belt going thru the wall hook on one and thru the belt loop of another! I was not able to get either one thru the belt loop! either the d ring could of been made bigger or the belt eyelets thinner, so the bag or whatever I put on the right side has to be secured to the belt somehow because it will slide off the end of the belt. I'll try to put an older belt I have from a different harness to see if that works but for now it's not working for me. ... show more

  • Unsafe to use as a fall arrest harness
Style: Aluminum Construction Full Body Harness Size: Medium/Large
Review for Frontline combat harness 110 CTB. DO NOT BUY if you value your life. This is not a safe fall arrest harness. UPDATE: adding to everything listed below, this belt has now seen just 2 weeks worth of work, probably 8 days of flat work and 2 days climbing concrete panels. Noticed today that the belt is starting to rip at a crucial point. This thing is becoming a death trap after only 2 weeks. I’ve had a 3M belt last almost 3 years with no issues, and it was cheaper…what a piece of garbage. First off this harness is comfy to wear. The back/shoulder support sits well on the body and holds your tool bags up nice and tight to your body exactly where you want them to be. Which got me excited cause comfy harnesses are hard to come by for under $200. With that being said…it’s not anywhere near usable or safe as a fall arrest harness (and also gets annoying if you keep your tool pouches on it all the time for flat work like I do). The harness constantly needs adjustments to both the chest strap and vertical adjustment straps. On both the vertical and chest strap buckles, there is no clasp system that holds the strap in place after you have adjusted it to fit your body. This causes the straps to slowly slide through the buckle and become loose. This is not even remotely ideal for a fall arrest harness/climbing harness. If the weight of two tool bags and a hammer make these straps become loose, imagine the what the force of an actual fall would do. I did try it out as a climbing harness on concrete form panels to see how it felt. The D rings are in the right area, it was comfy to lean back on positioning hooks and do work. But, the flat work problems of the straps coming loose was only amplified when leaning back on positioning hooks. Didn’t take long for them to become loose and the harness becoming unsafe to use. Another problem that I ran into with this harness is the lanyard parks. 1. The vertical adjustment strap you adjust by pulling up on the strap (instead of down like most harnesses) makes all the extra strap end up at the top of chest strap (right where you need to put your lanyards when not using them) so when you go to park your lanyard, you’re constantly snagging on the extra strap. 2. The weight of the lanyards make the chest strap fall down. Pretty much same thing as the vertical adjustment straps. There’s no system on the chest strap to stop it from sliding down after you’ve adjusted it to fit your body. Don’t waste your time with this harness, it’s not safe and I have no idea how this thing made it in to production without anybody catching these major flaws. Tried contacting Frontline customer service. Sent an email and left a voice mail. It’s been almost a week since the email and haven’t heard back. ... show more

Watch out for some weak points in the stitching where the belt meets the straps. Shouldn't affect anything if they do pop on me. I've been lucky enough to have really expensive harnesses provided over the years but wanted one of my own for jobs that "share" them. This guy's biggest draw is the price, and for $110 it's well worth it. Will work well building a treehouse in the backyard as well as replacing broken hot rail clips on overhead cranes in the plant. The bag is my big gripe. It was shipped in a plastic ziplock style bag which was far too small for the harness. The plastic ripped at the seams so it was just a harness rolling around in a cardboard box until it got to me. Not cool in the harness world but I trust my judgment in inspecting one. All in all, pretty happy with what I got for a hundred bucks. ... show more
