100% of 15g protein fully digested in 15 minutes!
Flavor Name: Power Protein Regular
The media could not be loaded. I needed something to reach my protein goals each day and this is perfect for me. Its packaging is convenient to put in purse, pocket, gym bag . The quality and taste of this protein shot is amazing. It reminds me of a gusher when I take it. They are good cold or room temp. Doesn’t hurt my stomach & I don’t feel bloated like some protein products make me feel . The protein counts towards macros. So many health benefits to proper protein intake and this makes it convenient and more affordable . I will take a 5 second to drink protein boost over trying to drink a whole shake any time!

The go to shot for my family
Flavor Name: Power Protein With Caffeine
My kids and I have been using this regularly before workouts for as a quick snack and pick me up. Easy to take and goes down quick compared to protein shakes that are large in volume and not great in taste. This one isn't the best tasting thing either, but it's only one gulp so everyone can manage it. Easy on the stomach too. The pre-workout one occasionally upsets my stomach.

Quick hit of protein
Flavor Name: Power Protein With Caffeine
Great for a pre-workout replacement. Quick hit of protein and just enough caffeine to give you an edge without the jitters. Doesn't taste half bad either!

Very sweet and thick like cough syrup
Flavor Name: Power Protein Regular
It’s ok, but very sweet and thick like cough syrup. It’s a clear, yellowy color. All that said, it’s convenient and quick. I would probably buy again. Pictured is the contents of one pkg/serving (15g of protein) in a 4oz cup for reference.

Great product. Watch for damaged pouches.
Flavor Name: Power Protein Regular
Update: Amazon made it right and refunded the product, no questions asked- just have to do extra steps by reaching out to guest services. The product itself is great - so easy to take and I think the flavor isn’t bad at all. I really like the product but the last 2 boxes had leaking pouches. The last box had almost half the pouches damaged/stuck together and unusable. Because the product is not returnable and nonrefubdable I’m out $50 for half a box of usable product - although I question if I’m even willing use any of them if they were exposed to heat or something causing them to burst. Will not be buying again simply because of the no refund/ no exchange policy.

Good taste
Flavor Name: Power Protein With Caffeine
Too early to tell benefits, no jitters, taste great, oil/gel like texture, haven’t tried mixing, great right from the pouch. No smell, good energy, hoping for great results after routine use over more time.

Rid of Sucralose please
Flavor Name: Power Protein With Caffeine
I love this product I recover quick on it. My Dr wasn’t too thrilled it had sucralose in it, but I love this product ! **** fyi you should be more concerned about what’s inside and the use of the product in the actual taste. It’s a little bitter, but I like tart stuff and this does not bother me at all. It’s a mixed berry flavor maybe give us different flavors.??? Buy a box a try it. I later bought the pre workout with caffeine too and it’s a great pre workout stim! I carry it in my pocket too very very USEFUL! A++
