I do a ton of vinyl transfers. Just as a hobby, but still a LOT! I’ve used every kind of vinyl tape. Good, bad, ugly. But, decided I’d give this one a try. At first, it was great! Ful pickup & easy transfer. The more I used, the stickier it got. I am probably 1/4 of the way through the roll & it has made me take 10 times as long to do a transfer. It does NOT want to let go of the vinyl! I store it at 70 degrees, I use the sharp angle remove & do everything the way you’re supposed to. I literally have to hold down the top edge of every letter as I remove it. I tried to give it a fair shake, but I’m tossing the remainder of the roll. It’s not worth the headache. ... show more

So far so good, for a great price! I’m starting a decal business and I bought a different brand that wouldn’t pick up the vinyl. I couldn’t send my decals to my customers like that, I returned it and exchanged for this, and it picked up the vinyl seamlessly. This paper is not weak like other reviews have said. Its actually very strong. You have to be careful where you place it but overall it does great on projects. I was able to make cups and these decals in hopes to start a etsy shop some time. Worth the buy and will buy again very soon!

Too sticky vinyl does does not stick without tearing awful it took me and hour to print for it only to tear because transfer tape is too sticky

    • Medium tack? More like strong tack.
I dont like to use a strong tack because it makes it harder to transfer on to other surfaces. This stuff is just way to sticky and even left a residue on some of the vinyl I transfered onto some signs.

This transfer tape is great for the decals I was making. Love the grid lines, really helps keeping lines straight and looks good for the customers. Sticks well to the vinyl without leaving residue. I would definitely recommend this transfer tape.
