    • Seller is giving me a hard time
Amazon said my return had been approved ny the seller and sent me a pre-paid return label addressed to the seller in Edison, NJ. There is a message from the seller saying not to use that label, and if I do, they won't pay for the shipping. What does that mean to me? They will send their own label, which I have not received. Bargain Ben, the seller, sent me a message asking about the issues that I reported. I reiterated what I said previously and asked what wasn't clear. I let Bargain Ben know that I did not want a malfunctioning microwave, the inside light stays on constantly and the rotating table rotates constantly when the door is shut (no time entered and the Start button hasn't been pushed.) The only way the rotating stops is if the door stays opened. This unit has never been used. It acted this way as soon as the installer plugged it in. Horrible customer service. What is Bargain Ben going to do about a microwave made in China? I want to return this and I want a refund. I do NOT want a replacement unit. Follow up - I was able to return the unit using the return label provided by Amazon, and I did get a refund. ... show more
