I first tried a GE brand in black but couldn't believe how cheap it felt and who thought it was a good idea to make the control panel gray lettering on black? So I replaced it with this Frigidaire brand and I'm so happy with the easy to read panel, it feels solid, it fits in beautifully in my kitchen. However well packaged the door came loose from the hinge pins. I am very mechanical and was able to reconnect. Mounted easily. Have not used it as it in in a speck house.

    • Size fits tight space.
The Fridgedaire over the range microwave fit into a space 16 inches in height. This is the only full size microwave I found in white that is less than 16 inches. It was delivered on schedule and works as described.

I have had good luck with this brand so chose to stay with it. It slipped right into place with no problems at all. I am banking on this one lasting as long as the last one

Microwave was dented back corner we installed anyway due to availability because it is white we feel we should be compensated for the product being damaged

This replaced another that had died. Installation was easy (you need 2 people or you need to have something to support it until you screw it in). I like to use partial power to reheat and I get vibration behind the clock during the partial phase. Of course it didn’t do it when the technician was here. It could be how I installed it too - don’t know yet. Also, was excited to use the “soften” feature but it only ever totally melted my butter. The tech said this happens sometimes with new ones.
