I will start off by saying that I do like the fridge. I have had it for a few weeks now and it will definitely keep my drinks cool and It runs pretty quiet. Pros: 1 I've seen some other units out there that are very noisy and this one is not. 2 It's lightweight and can be carried around easily; just make sure it is empty first 3 It does work well when run on DC though it is much slower to cool down. (I would advise to run it on AC before using it on DC) 4 It is very simple to operate 5 It looks nice and has an internal backlight that is helpful in a dark room. There are some issues though, so I can't give it a 5-star rating. 1. You can't load the fridge to full capacity. I've tried to do so several times and each time I do the cooling motor/fan will freeze up. 2. You can't turn the temperature below 40F. Doing so causes the same issue. I set it to 40f - 42F and that works fine for me. 3. The door does not seal well so it tends to open easily if things shift around inside. 4 The interior seals are not very good either. Within hours of turning it on I had condensation build up between the door glass. It will go away if I let it unplugged for a few days. But I bought this to constantly run. We will have to see if other issues develop. Overall a very nice product. If you want it for a dorm room or a home bedroom/office this will probably work for you. ... show more

    • Exellent fridge.
The fridge worked out great! It kept the condiments for the hotdogs at my shop nice and cold for customers to use. I have 3 issues with the fridge, though none are major. First, the self it comes with doesn't clip into the slot properly. That's OK given that the weight of the items above it will hold it in place, but it's annoying when transporting the fridge. Second: It only came with one shelf, even though it has slots for more. We had to leave the ketchup outside the fridge because that would obstruct the rest of the items, and all that would need to be done to fix this is a second shelf. The third issue I had was the temperature goes down to just 38 degrees Fahrenheit, which while technically food safe, it's concerningly close to the danger zone. If the power ever goes out, it would not be long before the food enters the danger zone. Enough about what's bad about the fridge. For about $100, it did it's job really well. It being nice and compact means it can go basically anywhere, even in your car. It comes with 2 plugs, one for an outlet, and one for the plug that cars have, I don't know what they're called. This makes it good for temporary setups, like visiting friends, (if you have a battery) camping, or in my case a store. It has a handle on the top of the fridge that makes it easy to transport, though I DO NOT recommend doing so while it's plugged in. The door has a clear panel that lets people see into the fridge, which is very helpful. No need to open the fridge to see what's in it. Last thing of note is it's sealed well when closed, and it automatically closes. Overall rating: 4/5. ... show more

    • Works ... sorto of but no cold enough for an ice cold beverage
I like my beer ice cold, which is why I will take a beer out of an ice chest any day over a fridge. This doesn't even cool as cold as a fridge as mine will only work at 40 degrees as the lowest temp and my fridge is always at 37. I use this items and they seem to be cool but never cold. Honestly, when I open this early in the morning there is an ice condensation on the back of the screws of the product and everything is very cold and works great. However, at 2pm when its sunny or 6pm in a summer afternoon the product is somewhat warm and not very cold. Pros super lightweight, plug and play, door seals tight with strong magnets!. Cons it doesn't blow cold air/blow out hot air, rather it has a metal backing that is chilled and keeps everything cool. ... show more

Love the fridge but description states comes with 2 shelves. Misleading because it comes with only one shelf and the bottoms of the fridge is considered the second one. I can’t find any replacement shelf to purchase anywhere. Not even on Frigidaire website. Had I known, I would have bought a different brand. ... show more

    • Great compact beverage chiller
Initially, I was a bit apprehensive about this product based on a few prior reviews. However, I was positively quite surprised. The device is compact and chills beverages quite well. The lowest temperature the device will go is 46 degrees F - good enough to keep beverages cold in my opinion. In addition, the sealant around it was constructed well which led to a cool temperature inside. Simply put, a good solid investment if you're looking for a good price point and return. Caveat - This is a wine / beverage chiller and not a refrigerator. If you're looking to store milk, meats and other perishable items for long periods of time (over 3 hrs), I would highly discourage purchase. ... show more

The fridge cools great and keeps my bottles of water cold! But I don’t like the frost/ice buildup where the four screws are in the back of the fridge!

    • Good size Mini fridge
I love how this mini fridge looks and it was a great gift for my husband. The only thing I don’t like is the top layer of cans are hard to get out if you don’t set them up a certain way.

It's a good looking fridge: perfect size and the see through door is cool. It only cools to 46°, so don't expect a frosty beverage. The shelf is useless as there are shallow divots for it to rest in. The shelf couldn't even support it's own weight.
