I bought as a father’s day gift. We got it set to the temperature and it took a while to cool, and then got too cold and formed ice. We turned it down a bit and have it set where the ice doesn’t form anymore, yet keeps things cool. I like that it is lightweight and portable, has a handle on top, and a plug or adapter to use.     • Died After Nine Months, WARRANTY NOT HONORED
First, this refrigerator does not get cool enough. Like, it is literally impossible to set it to a temperature that is barely cooler than lukewarm. I used it anyway, for 9 months, until it crapped out on me. When I contacted Customer Service about the warranty, they added a hurdle of requiring several pictures of the dead cooler, which I took and sent, and then.... nothing. Not even when I followed up. Initially, I was a bit apprehensive about this product based on a few prior reviews. However, I was positively quite surprised. The device is compact and chills beverages quite well. The lowest temperature the device will go is 46 degrees F - good enough to keep beverages cold in my opinion. In addition, the sealant around it was constructed well which led to a cool temperature inside. Simply put, a good solid investment if you're looking for a good price point and return. Caveat - This is a wine / beverage chiller and not a refrigerator. If you're looking to store milk, meats and other perishable items for long periods of time (over 3 hrs), I would highly discourage purchase. ... show more

I will start off by saying that I do like the fridge. I have had it for a few weeks now and it will definitely keep my drinks cool and It runs pretty quiet. Pros: 1 I've seen some other units out there that are very noisy and this one is not. 2 It's lightweight and can be carried around easily; just make sure it is empty first 3 It does work well when run on DC though it is much slower to cool down. (I would advise to run it on AC before using it on DC) 4 It is very simple to operate 5 It looks nice and has an internal backlight that is helpful in a dark room. There are some issues though, so I can't give it a 5-star rating. 1. You can't load the fridge to full capacity. I've tried to do so several times and each time I do the cooling motor/fan will freeze up. 2. You can't turn the temperature below 40F. Doing so causes the same issue. I set it to 40f - 42F and that works fine for me. 3. The door does not seal well so it tends to open easily if things shift around inside. 4 The interior seals are not very good either. Within hours of turning it on I had condensation build up between the door glass. It will go away if I let it unplugged for a few days. But I bought this to constantly run. We will have to see if other issues develop. Overall a very nice product. If you want it for a dorm room or a home bedroom/office this will probably work for you. ... show more

It looks nice...that is really the only thing. I kept it level and unplugged for 24 hours, plugged it in for 24 hours...then filled it with cans. They are not cold....just barely below room temperature. If it would be easy I would just return this and exchange for something else. The casting is also very cheap feeling. Minor issue. The big issue is it just doesn't work very well. It is about 66 degrees in my home. Manual says it will chill to about 20 to 25 degrees below ambient temp. Not even close. ... show more

We bought two of these fridges. Both threw the same code and shut down. Customer support (when you can finally find a way to get ahold of them) sends you on a wild goose chase until warranty runs out then tells you they won't do anything. It is a really poor product and will not last a year. Listen to all of those who wrote the same thing. This will be an expensive paperweight. The company knows its a bad product and therefore will do everything in their power to refund/exchange. ... show more
