This machine is AWESOME!! I can’t tell you enough about having the ability to fill the tub the whole way full of water. It could be my imagination, but I don’t think so, that the clothes are much cleaner. This machine has a huge tub and full agitator. There are multiple menu selections available to mix and match the cycle to your custom need. From watching the agitator move the clothes through the wash cycle, I have no doubt the clothes are much cleaner, like deep cleaned. I bought it online from Amazon, it was shipped to my home and even delivered a day ahead of time! My daughter and myself got the washer inside using a dolly. Once she left I finished the hookup to the waters for drainage system. It works perfectly. I had a bigger machine that broke down twice in 5 years, this time they couldn’t even get the parts to repair it. Repairman said if the could get the parts it would be $500 to repair it. Well they couldn’t get the parts. So much for such a high priced item. Never again will I pay that kind of money when I can get a machine I am much more satisfied with, and was less expensive—more in my price range now I’m retired.     • The Spin Cycle did not work on the machine from day one

The Spin Cycle never worked on this machine and we tried to obtain Warranty Service from Frigidaire. Frigidaire's support was non-existent. The company they assigned to handle the warranty service did not call us. We called them and the technician called back nearly two days late rand left a voicemail saying he would be going on vacation and would not be available for two weeks. He suggested we contact Frigidaire to arrange for someone else to handle the warranty work. We called Frigidaire and they stated the earliest they could find someone to handle the warranty service was two weeks hence. I asked if we could have a local technician do the work. They said yes, but they REFUSED to pay for that cost. We called Amazon and they processed a return for us. Clearly, Quality Control and Customer Service are not strong at Frigidaire. ... show more

The machine works great so far. It uses very little water and at the same time gets the clothes clean. The high efficiency technology saves water and energy and is much easier on the clothes than old technology machines. The only reasons it is not getting five stars are: Delivery took over five weeks and I had to tip the delivery people to deliver it to my laundry room and carry the old one out. Having been running on the same washer & Dryer for the past 12 years it was imppossible for me to realize how far they have come with Washers & Dryers. I have used my new Frigidaire Three times now and it is amazing.I havn't had enough soilled clothing to do a full load BUT it is a pleasure to use. I can hardly wait for my dryer tpo give up[ the ghost spo IO can get the matyching Dryer and would have probably got the dryer anyway but couldn't rashinalize the extra money being on a fixed income anmd all. Anyway wonderfull machine (quiet) well balanced and so much superior to my old washer,I would be delighted to give this machine an extremely high rating and 5 stars doesn;t seem like enough so I am goiong to rate it at nine and a half stars. I love this washer even though it takes 30-60 minutes to wash depending on the settings. Inside the drum is very large and my clothes always come out clean. The only complaint I have is that a piece from the back of the machine malfunctioned not allowing cold water to enter. So whenever it would get to the rinse cycle I would get an error code. This also caused a mini flood. The manufacture warranty covered the needed part and the repair. Because of this, I purchased the extended warranty as I feel it may come in handy after the manufacturer warranty has expired. ... show more

Delivery people were great. Brought in the house for me. The washer itself is a really good machine. I couldn't be happier. I have lots of dog blankets to wash and it handles it well. It's a simple operation using it. It's overall the best washer for the money. My last LG lasted 10 years, hope this Frigidare does too, if not longer. I enjoy using it. We installed it correctly. We built a new level platform just for it. We checked everything to be sure it was right. (I've never had a new washing machine so I was excited.) After it filled up and stopped it gave us an "E1" error, which according to the manual, means it's not filling quickly enough. (It filled in less than a minute!) What kind of washer stops working just because it doesn't fill fast enough anyway? We tried it again and the water ran right through it. Online forums said maybe the drain was too low, but it was installed at recommended height. (Same error, by the way: "E1".) We tried it again just to see what would happen and it OVERFLOWED all over the floor! (There is no way to ask it to do a smaller load either, so it's not energy efficient or water efficient.)
