It’s lightweight and very easy to put together. It came with a deep base pan, I like that I didn’t have to purchase that separately. It has a separate on and off switch for the heat lamp and the light. I love it, it gets warm fast and keeps everything at a nice temperature. Some things that you don’t want too dried out, should be covered when you put them under the food warmer. A solid piece of equipment for your kitchen or even for a food truck. I thought it was going to be small but it is a perfect size for my house. The warmer keeps food hot until served. Looks very sturdy and easy to operate. Love it!!!

The French fry warmer works great! The stainless steel build is sturdy and easy to clean. The heat lamps keep fries, chicken, and other fried foods crispy for a long time without getting soggy. The perforated drain tray design is very practical — it lets excess oil drip away easily. The only downside is that the lamp housing can get quite hot, so be careful when touching it. Overall, it’s a good value for small restaurants or food stalls.

Worked properly for 32 days… just outside the warranty window. The two switches both failed, which ultimately ended up electrocuting me when I tried to flip the switch on. I had to immediately remove this product from use before someone got seriously injured. Once I began inspecting, a lot of the wiring on the inside was burnt. The ground wire was burnt in two pieces. The heat shielding around the wiring was burnt to a crisp. Stay away from this product if at all possible.

I purchased this device because we were throwing a party and wanted something to keep fried foods warm. This unit did the trick. There are two switches - one controls the light, the other controls the heating element. The heating element gets nice and hot and successfully kept the potato pancakes warm through the entire event. The bottom tray is a two-level container to allow any oils that come off can safely drip to the bottom. Overall I would recommend this device for anyone who likes to serve warm foods over an extended period of time.
