We don't have wifi at our cabin for a fancy freezer alarm and we had been using the old penny in a frozen cup of water trick. This is the sam concept, but smaller and it doesn't take up an shelf space.

    • This is a genius idea. I am praying that it works. I’ve already been through two freezers.
Very reasonably priced for a brilliant idea. I also got the electricity power cut off alarm so hopefully I’m covered because I’ve already been through two freezers and lost all the contents of my food. Very disappointing. Works great. I have it in our deep freezer in our garage which is full of breast milk. This is an easy way to know if the freezer failed and the milk is no longer good to use.
