The media could not be loaded. If you want a giggle, if I did this the right way, feel free to watch my silly video. This back brace is the best one I have ever had. I'll do a quick summary of what I said in the video in case it doesn't attach it: The brace is REALLY, REALLY, did I say REALLY easy to put on. It comes with instructions with good illustrations (yes I can read, but my ADHD brain likes pictures. I haven't decided if I'm breaking out the crayons to color it in yet or not. Not important, just a thought) that I followed and got the brace on the right way the first time. I'm HOPING it stands the test of time, I've had other braces with plastic stays, they end up breaking, trying to impale a kidney, and I end up having to throw them away. This brace seems to be much more durable, I'll definitely be updating this review if I have any problems with the quality of it. I DID NOT buy this as a waist trainer/trimmer, but for my beautiful thick people out there, it does give you a pretty hourglass figure if you want that, it would be something you would need to wear a bit tighter and I don't recommend wearing ANYTHING that hurts or makes you uncomfortable, I just wanted to put that out there. I have not tried this under my shirt, I will be doing so soon and I will put a specific update on this review, because it's important for me, so maybe someone else might want that info before they buy. YES it DOES say this in the instructions, but this is hand wash only, no soap or other chemicals (to be perfectly honest, I'll probably just spot clean if needed, I work with raw meat so if I get something gross on it, spot clean is going to be the way to go.) I have really, really bad lower back pain 100% of the time because of arthritis. 2 minutes after putting the brace on, I was already feeling relief. That's a really good sign for me. I don't know if this part will be of any use, but this brace is also really easy to put on someone else if they are not able to do it themselves. It doesn't shift a bunch as you are moving and the overall design just makes it extremely easy to take on and off, I figured I would add that in there just in case. Absolutely 5 out of 5 stars, I've already told my husband that he needs one, as well as my brother and father (yes, bad backs run in the family) If you are looking for a quality product at what I consider to be a great price, I really do highly recommend this back brace. ... show more

Bought for my husband who has degenerative disc disease with arthritis. Big man with big belly. Size 52” around belly button. This fit him perfect! He says it’s actually comfortable. Has really helped with pain control while working 10 hr days in steel boots and on concrete. We have washed it on gentle cycle and air dried and hasn’t hurt it at all! Was going to buy a second one to rotate while washing one but he’s retiring soon so won’t need but one. ... show more

Haven't had it too long but already beats the ACE brand from Walmart. Has a nice wide belt, lots of built in independent panels. Big enough to get around my gut and then the two tightening straps firm it up perfectly. You won't find anything better for the price.

I've had my "old" kidney belt for years. Over time, the stretchy elastic just plain stretched out and I thought it high time to get a new one. I picked this belt based on reviews and it is AWESOME! I realized actually how stretched my old belt was getting because this one cinches up nicely and REALLY supports my lower back and keeps my posture straight. Exactly what I wanted. Fits well, well made, comfortable while still giving support to my back. The sizes do seem smaller than the chart says, so you might want to order the next larger size if you are at the high end of the measurements.

I bought this to have more as a deterrent to bending after spinal surgery than solely a support tool. It’s been great for both, it has the ability to adjust as snug as you need with the side Velcro pieces that act as a corset. High quality, great tool for those that need support.
