  • An excellent and well designed snorkeling set
Color: Green with Blue Size: Adult
This mask and snorkel set is really cool. I like the design. And the items are really set up to optimize a snorkeler's experience. I was only able to try it out in a pool, so I don't know if my experience will carry over into an ocean or lake. The mask is good at sealing around my face. It did keep the water out. It felt like it was conforming to my face. The snorkel was excellent. It has a seal off ball at the top. When the top of the snorkel went underwater, the ball sealed off the opening so there was not accidental swallowing of water. The description page mentioned a one-way drain valve. I don't know how well it works since I didn't get any water in the snorkel, the ball cut-off is that good. Where was this 30 years ago when I went snorkeling in Hawai'i? I also like the clip-on for the snorkel. Makes it easier than having to thread the mask band through it. The quick-adjust buckles are also great for adjusting the mask. No working at it to get the strap to angle just right to make the adjustment. Just push the two buttons on the side and move the strap. There is one thing that is not 100% accurate on the description page. It's the claim of the 180 degree wide angle view. It is not. If the lens was curved or the mask had side windows, then yes, it would be 180 degree. I have peripheral vision that is almost 180 degree and I can't see that far back with this mask on. Sufficient to say it's more like 160 degree. Nevertheless, I think this is an excellent mask and snorkel set. I'm glad I got these items and am looking forward to my next snorkeling adventure. ... show more

  • HUGE mask with high viewing visibility HUGE mask with high viewing visibility
Color: Black with Gold Size: Adult
I’ve used a handful of masks over the years, including Tidal, Cressi, and Tusa masks, so this one immediately stood out to me for one reason: it is huge. This is not a compact, low-volume dive mask. It covers a large portion of my face, probably around 80%, and the overall viewing area is very wide. That size has both benefits and tradeoffs. The biggest benefit is the field of view. The 180° style viewing angle makes the mask feel open and panoramic, which is great if you like more visibility instead of that tight, tunnel-like feel some smaller masks can have. The mirrored gold lens also looks pretty cool, and the UV protection layer is a nice bonus, especially for bright surface snorkeling or shallow water use. Build-wise, I like that it uses tempered glass and a silicone skirt. Those are always positives for me. The silicone skirt feels better than cheaper rubbery materials and should help with sealing. The snorkel was also better than I expected because it uses silicone as well. A lot of snorkels in bundled sets feel like basic hard plastic, so that was a nice touch. The main downside for me is nose access. Because the mask is so large and has such a wide viewing area, reaching in to pinch my nose for equalizing is not as easy as it is with my lower-volume masks. I can do it, but I would not want to be wearing gloves. That is probably the biggest functional tradeoff for scuba use. For snorkeling, I think this set makes a lot of sense. For scuba, I think it can work fine, but divers who are used to smaller, low-volume masks should know this feels very different. It gives you a big, open view, but it is not as easy to handle when it comes to equalizing. Overall, I think it is a very good large mask with a solid snorkel, especially if maximum visibility and comfort are more important to you than having a compact dive mask. ... show more

  • Much better quality than expected. Much better quality than expected.
Color: Blue Size: Youth
I ordered this for my 15yr old son who is basically the size of an adult. I've ordered him some kid ones in the past and they all were pretty terrible. This one immediately stood out as one of the higher-quality options I’ve come across. The first thing I noticed is the weight and overall feel. It’s heavier than the typical sets, but in a good way. It doesn’t feel flimsy, bendy, or like it’s going to rip under normal use. I don't have much experience with tempered glass, but the glass doesn't feel like it will crack - it looks like it is a double pane, actually. This one actually feels solid and well-made, which already puts it a step above a lot of the cheaper options out there. The mask gives a clear, unobstructed view without that weird distortion you sometimes get. Everything looks crisp, and it didn’t fog up right away, which is always my baseline test. The fit is comfortable and stays in place without needing constant adjusting. The snorkel itself is simple and easy to use. No complicated setup or awkward positioning. It attaches easily and works the way you expect it to. Quick tip for getting a good seal, because this makes or breaks any mask: make sure the face is dry and hair is pulled away from the edges before putting it on. Then gently press the mask onto the face without the strap first. If it lightly “sticks” for a second with suction, you’ve got a good seal. Once you add the strap, it should stay secure without needing to be pulled super tight. If you have to crank the strap down, something’s off with the fit. Overall, this feels like a legit upgrade from the typical lightweight sets at major box store retailers. If you’re tired of flimsy gear that barely lasts a season, this one is worth it. ... show more

  • Nice snorkeling set!
Color: Green with Blue Size: Adult
Using this mask and snorkel for snorkeling in South Florida. First impression, this mask is comfortable to wear and gives a great view underwater. It has a wide-angle design which make it easy to see what is around you which of course makes snorkeling much more enjoyable and you don't worry about something or someone sneaking up on you.. It has a tempered glass lens. The lens is clear and you can tell it is not a cheap plastic lens. Make sure you clean the lens before first use to help with it not fogging up. Use toothpaste and rub it on the inside really good before first use. That gets the factory coating off the glass. Then use either spit or an anti-fogging spray on the mask. The view dis not look distorted and the underwater clarity was really nice. I was able to get a good seal around my face, so no issues with it leaking. The snorkel it came with also worked very well. It has a dry-top design to keep water from getting in. This means that once you go under water, the top of the snorkel closes off so no water makes it way down to your mouth and you dont have to clear the snorkel upon resurfacing. Breathing felt easy and natural. It fit my mouth nicely, and I don't have a very large mouth. Has a nice bite grip in it. The mask has adjustable straps and buckles. This helps get the right fit and keeps the mask from feeling too tight or uncomfortable. Overall a real nice feeling, looking, and working snorkel set. Clear views, easy to use, and works exactly the way I hoped it would. ... show more

  • Solid Pairing for Recreational Swimming Solid Pairing for Recreational Swimming
Color: Green with Blue Size: Adult
I’ve got about two hours of actual underwater (swimming pool only) time with these two items. They both arrived in a box, with protective wrapping and were clean, odor-free and undamaged. Here’s my experiences: Pros - - The unquestionable strength of the mask is the lens. It is strikingly clear underwater, providing excellent optical quality. The ability to see even super small items in the water is striking. The lens is extremely resistant to fogging. The lens color (from the front) is a blue’ish (mirrored) tint but when on the user, it is very clear and causes no chromatic aberration. - The mask is truly sized for adults, in both strap length and mask design - this does not seem to be a kids’ mask being repurposed and sold as an adults’ mask. - The mask fits properly and is super easy to adjust (just not on the fly!) - No leaky seams or joints in the mask. - The snorkel design and anti-"suck in water” feature actually works well. It generally prevents water from coming down the pipe but I’d still recommend a good blast of lung air after you surface (to clear the breathing tube). Cons - - Despite my best efforts to resolve the issue, I seem to get a little leakage from the area of the nose’s seal. (It could need more time to form to my face or perhaps to be worn even tighter than I have been…or it could be I have a goofy face - hard to say.) It’s nothing I’m concerned about for recreational use but I wouldn’t use this mask in an uncontrolled environment or on deeper dives, like the ocean. - The “bite tabs” on the snorkel’s mouthpiece are in the wrong place and too small for me. It feels like the mouthpiece was designed for a smaller mouth, like for a child’s, and is prone to slipping around during use. - The snorkel has some hard and thin plastic comprising a lot of the overall construction. I expect it will not standup to any kind of rough use and is a glaring weakness of the overall setup. - The snorkel has a low-quality clip for the mask strap - I would expect it to fail in rough waters. All in all, this mask and snorkel combination is great for recreational swimming within swimming pools and other relatively calm and controlled environments. The pairing is a pretty solid deal and you won’t freak-out if someone steps on your snorkel. For its build-quality and performance, the mask is the standout - if you need a good snorkel, I’d definitely recommend an upgrade. ... show more

  • Quality Snorkel Set With Easy Adjustments and Effective Dry Snorkel Quality Snorkel Set With Easy Adjustments and Effective Dry Snorkel
Color: Black with Gold Size: Adult
It’s been a while since I’ve gone snorkeling, so I don’t have a lot of recent experience with snorkel gear, but this set made a good first impression. The overall quality feels better than I expected for the price. The mask uses a very soft rubber around the seal, and after a few adjustments I was able to get a comfortable fit. The strap design is especially nice. Instead of fighting with buckles, you simply pinch the buttons on the sides to adjust it, which makes getting the fit right much easier. I had never used a dry snorkel before, but the design appears well thought out. The float mechanism closes off the air channel when water pushes up into the snorkel, and there is also an oxygen relief valve underneath the mouthpiece. My daughter tested it in a swimming pool and intentionally submerged the snorkel several times. It worked exactly as expected and didn’t allow water into the breathing tube. The tempered glass lens has a mirrored gold finish that looks nice, and the snorkel clips securely onto the mask. Overall, this feels like a quality snorkel set at a fair price and I’d be comfortable taking it on a snorkeling trip. Pros: easy strap adjustment; soft comfortable seal; dry snorkel works well; tempered glass lens Cons: takes some fit adjustment initially; no other issues found ... show more

  • If I Don’t See Fish Clearly on This Trip, It Won’t Be This Mask’s Fault. If I Don’t See Fish Clearly on This Trip, It Won’t Be This Mask’s Fault.
Color: Black with Gold Size: Adult
Pretty darn good value for this set, honestly. The fit is perfect right out of the box, and the adjustable straps make it super easy to share — I’ve already had a few family members try it on, and everyone was able to get a comfortable, secure fit. The materials feel solid and well‑made, not flimsy like some cheaper sets. The fog resistance is a huge win for me. I usually struggle with goggles fogging up or feeling too closed‑in underwater, but this mask gives such an open, wide field of view that I can actually see what I’m doing. The 180° visibility makes everything feel clearer and more natural, which is going to be a lifesaver on my upcoming trip where we’ll be spending a ton of time in the water. The snorkel’s valve design is another standout. I’ll admit it — sometimes when I’m looking underwater, I get a little too into it and forget where I am for a second. Having that backflow protection is absolutely key in those moments. It keeps water out even when I dip too low or get splashed, and it makes the whole experience way more relaxing. Knowing I’ll have that extra bit of protection on vacation gives me a lot more confidence heading into all the snorkeling we have planned.Overall, this set hits all the marks: great fit, great visibility, solid anti‑fog performance, and a snorkel that actually protects you when you need it. For the price, it’s a pretty darn good value — and I’m genuinely excited to bring it along on my trip. ... show more
