I'm miles away from what you'd call a skilled snorkeler. Is that even a word? At any rate, I ordered these for use at the lake and in my pool and for that purpose these do the trick nicely. They fit on my face comfortably and have an incredible huge field of view so nothing is obstructed. Getting them setup to keep a good seal and water out was simple. The lense is also very clear and easy to see through despite all of the coloring visible from the outside. The snorkel breathing tube has some nice features to help keep water out and keep it upright in use which is appreciated, while these features aren't super critical for the general use I'm putting it through it's still nice to have, especilly at this price. Overall I really like these. For the price I think they're significantly better than more name brand options that have a lot less features for the same cost.

This seems is a decent snorkel set. It has been too cold so far to get in the water this year, but I compared it to my other set that works very well. The materials and adjustment points feel good. I have a nice mask and snorkel made by Cressi, which feels like slightly better quality silicon. However, it is not really discernible unless side by side and even then it is hard to tell. I would say it is about 85% or more of the quality of the Cressi. I have ski goggles made by the Freela brand and they have worked fine, so I expect this will hold up similarly. One note on the snorkel: The auto block/dry snorkels are harder to clear by blowing. Some people like them, but snorkel tour boats I have been off generally recommended against them. I think if you know how to use a regular snorkel without the dry block/float they are easier to use. this includes the dry snorkel, so... just be aware of that. Lastly, these are noted as anti-fog. I would say zero goggles I have used are truly anti-fog, even high-end ones. So, take that with a grain of salt.

I have had quite a few mask and snorkel sets as we are avid snookers on vacations. I can say the t the Freela set was more that adequate. I like the expanded 180 degree viewing of this mask. I found the straps easy to tighten with a pull or loosen with a push on the button and like that you can do this without having to take off the mask while wearing it. The mask fits securely to the face and while all masks will have some degree of fogging I found this one better than others I've used in the past. The flexible snorkel is great and I love that you do not have to keep lifting your head out of the water to clear it as you swim. The quality is great at this price point and I can definitely recommend.

I have had many expensive and cheap snorkel masks and snorkels. The cheap ones are cheap for a reason. Once you get past those, it becomes harder to differentiate. These have a good wide viewing angle. I had to try pretty hard to see any of the sides while it was on, so during use, you won't see any of that. NOTE: There is a film on the inside that you will need to remove. It's clear but has a sticker marking it so you can pull it easily. I have a mustache, so it is often difficult to find a mask that seals. This one sealed and had no issues staying sealed (pool depth only - deeper water the pressure is greater and I can't speak to that). The adjustment straps are easy to tighten with a pull or loosen with a push button while wearing it. I didn't feel any concern that the button could bump something and loosen the mask. The snorkel has a cool system to close when it goes underwater and the purge valve works great. Overall, for this price point, it could pass for a more expensive diving version and well worth it for pool use or beach snorkeling!!

I needed a reliable snorkel set for casual reef snorkeling during a recent trip to the Florida Keys, and this Freela set checked the right boxes. The first thing I noticed was the tempered glass lenses, which have a noticeable tint that genuinely feels like it cuts glare and balances light underwater. Vision stayed clear and undistorted across several hour-long sessions in shallow reef areas, which is a real step up from the cheaper PC lens masks I have used in the past. The soft silicone skirt conformed to my face right out of the box with no pressure points and zero leaking, even when I smiled or turned my head quickly. Adjusting the head strap was simple thanks to the side-release buckles, and the strap never snagged or pulled my hair. The dry snorkel worked as advertised: the float valve sealed reliably every time I dipped below the surface, and I never got a mouthful of water. Anti-fog performance held up well for the duration of each swim without needing to rinse the lenses mid-session. On the con side, I would have appreciated a carrying pouch or case included for travel. I picked up this Freela Adult Dry Snorkel Set with Anti Fog 180° Wide View for recreational use, and overall it worked well for what I needed. The mask provides a nice wide field of view, which makes a noticeable difference when you’re in the water. It feels less restrictive than some smaller masks I’ve used in the past. The silicone around the mask is soft and comfortable, and once adjusted, it created a good seal on my face. I didn’t have issues with major leaking when it was fitted properly. The dry snorkel feature also did its job by limiting water from getting into the tube when dipping under or dealing with small waves. The anti fog feature worked reasonably well, though like most masks, it still benefits from proper prep before use. The materials feel decent overall and seem suitable for casual or occasional snorkeling rather than heavy duty use. One thing I did notice is that getting the straps adjusted just right takes a little patience the first time. Once set, though, it stayed comfortable and secure.
