We own 3 SUP's This was the third we have purchased. It is slightly narrower than the other boards we own but is much more comfortable for me to ride on. It is narrow enough to allow me to straddle the board and not feel over extended when hanging my feet in the water. The Kayak kit is excellent. It turned a bad day on the water to a salvageable one. The build quality seems okay for what I know and I am pleased with the performance to this point.

Yes. Got this a few days ago and took it out yesterday. I'm 5'2" 170 lbs (short and wide like a sports car 😉) and I felt like the board was very steady. It says that the maximum PSI is 14 to 18, but it started getting real hard to pump once I got up to 8. Since I was just trying it out I only went up to 9 PSI but I had absolutely no problem with that out on the lake. I was still above the water and I didn't feel that it needed more air. The board itself is super light. I've had to lug around heavy paddle boards before but this one is so light that I can grab the handle and hold it out away from my body with no problem. I hope this thing never gets a hole or has any leaks from the seams because I love it so much. I didn't try out the seat feature yesterday but I wish I had because I found myself sitting often (because I was enjoying my drink) and wishing I had the seat!

I've only taken it out once, but so far so good. I was super happy that I had the seat attachment. I used it for an 11.5 mile trip down the river and it was great. I may even use it more as a kayak than a SUP. It only takes about 5 minutes to inflate, but it is quite a workout. The quality seems great and it's very sturdy! I love that it comes with a bag/backpack that it all fits easily in. I'll update if anything changes down the road.

This was a good choice for me because I don't have a lot of storage space, nor do I have a large vehicle for a traditional kayak or SUP. I was impressed with how sturdy and stable the board became once inflated. Like many of the other posters, my PSI gauge wasn't registering for my maiden voyage. It sounds like most people noticed that PSI didn't register until it reached a certain point. Something I will keep an eye out for next time. It was super easy for me to transport, both in the bag and once inflated. The bag has several handles and backpack straps, as well as a waist strap. It was easy to get it back into the bag once used. The only negative for me keeping this from a 5 star is my kayak seat kept unsnapping while on the water. It was quite obnoxious and essentially useless. I tried adjusting the tautness, but that didn't fix it. I don't see any visible "breakpoint". The connector unsnapped no less than 20 times in my maiden voyage. Disappointing for the first use.

All I can say is that I bought this (10'-6" blue) as my first SUP, and I'm thrilled with it. Easy to set up, light to carry, and a breeze to use on the water. I sit on it; I kneel on it; I stand on it. Everything is much easier than I anticipated. It FEELS like it's a bit short for a 5'-11" 200-lb man, but actually it does everything just fine. We get some chop here in Tampa Bay, but it's manageable with this Freein SUP. If I had to guess, I would say the paddle will most likely fail first. Feels like it's the weak link in the whole system. But I've done a half-dozen 50-minute rides now, and it's still doing fine. Pump-up is easy, 5-10 minutes start-to-finish. Pressure gage on the pump works welll. The unit holds the pressure well between uses. I usually need to give it just a few pumps before each use to get it back up to 15psi. Very happy with it!

Took this board with me on a five week road trip with my son-thoroughly enjoyed the board. It is not as fast or true in tracking as his rigid board but that was expected. It tracks better than his inflatable which doesn’t have the removable center keg. The board is stabl on the water (I inflate it to 16.5 pounds); love the versatility, can paddle standing, kneeling or sitting depending on conditions and my energy. It’s also great for laying on and catching some sun! The paddle is decent although I prefer my kayak paddle to this conversion paddle if I plan to do some paddling while sitting. The seat is OK but doesn’t provide great support for long distance paddling (more than a mile). All in all the board works great and is a satisfactory compromise for handling alternative uses. Would purchase again.

I purchased this for my wife and she has just had it a week now but has been out a few times and so far is very pleased with the product. I purchased an pump adapter so she could use our Ryobi hand-held battery operated pump but she said that pumps a bit too slowly. It does take effort to get the board fully inflated, I think around 10 minutes. Also she does not like the way the fin attaches to the board compared to one we borrowed. It took some time to figure it out. But all in all she is very happy with it and has taken our Australian Shepherd on it each time (who does not like the water at all). Hopefully this board will continue to perform well, so far so good.
