I ordered this helmet on a recommendation from a friend and, on arrival, I really liked it. Only problem was that it was a bit snug. After about an hour, I was getting a headache. I had gotten an email requesting that I reach out to Cust service before returning if there were any problems so I thought it couldn’t hurt to give them a shot. I explained the situation and they immediately responded and confirmed my shipping info and sent out a different liner. It hasn’t arrived yet, so I will update once it does but I have to say that I am impressed with their response. If no further issues, I will definitely bump this up to 5 stars ... show more

    • Nice looking helmet
First, I do want to say that dealing with the seller was outstanding. They had sent me an email after ordering the helmets indicating that if fit was an issue, they could send me a new liner to make the size larger or smaller. For the helmet I'm reviewing (mine), it fiit as expected. The one for the Mrs was too loose. I sent an email to them (on a Sunday) and within about 3 days, we received the new liner. The helmet still was too big, but the interaction with the seller was very good. I have not had long with the bluetooth part, but did see where battery life was an issue. While testing mine, I thought I had turned it off, but hadn't. An hour later I had noticed a blue light was still lit. I turned it off again and this time the blue light stayed off. I'm thinking others may have done the same thing and not noticed the blue light, which would have likely killed the battery. The helmet DID come with the gloves pictured. I ordered a large helmet and it came with large gloves. I wished I could have ordered the extra large gloves, but the large are close enough and I really wasn't expecting them. I feel like the helmet was an excellent value for the money. One other note is that the built-in sunscreen had a protective film on it. It was hard to see, but it was there. Some complained of distortion when looking through this, which makes me woner if they had not noticed the protective film like I had. Once the film was removed, so was the distortion. I did call my phone after linking it to the helmet and it seemed like this would be more than adequate if I have to take a call while out and about. Since I had to return the Mrs's helmet, we really didn't get to try the intercom, but if it works like the phone call, volume and clarity should be fine. I do notice more wind noise with the face shield down versus up, but it doesn't matter for me because I always drive with it up. The same applies to the helmet that this one is replacing. [Bike: Honda GW F6B. Windshield: Klock Werks 14in]. Received Thursday, rode 700 miles on Sunday (some light to med rain for approximately 120 miles). Wind noise is really significant with shield up or down. In fact, it seems it was better with the shield open than closed. The chin flap used to keep the wind from going up your helmet works fairly well although mine has a defect on the right tab. It is designed to be removable. If I glue it, it will not be removable. The inner shield (sun) is easy to operate from a switch on the left. The air flow switches on top work well. You can definitely feel the air when you open them. The back of the helmet sits higher than I am accustom. This will be interesting in the winter. The switch/button used to operate the modular portion of the helmet and lift it up was very easy to use. Closing the helmet is another story. I had to open the face shield and pull down hard to feel it click and lock. Maybe this will work better as the helmet wears in. Opening the helmet is a concern because I could not get it to latch in the up position. All my other modular helmets latched up and down. The Bluetooth works great. Clarity was outstanding. Battery life was great, no issues there. My wife has a Sena 20s so I am waiting to try this out with her (as advertised). The helmet offers a good view and does not feel heavy. It does steam up fast, but that is to be expected. If it doesn't then that means air is flowing too good and you might not get the warmth you want in the winter. The helmet fits snug. I bought a Large which is the same size as all the other helmets I've purchased. It fits exactly how it should. Stays with my head when I shake my head back and forth. If your helmet doesn't, its probably too big. The snug fit did not make my head hurt like some can. The ratchet clasp is great. Lots of room for adjustments for those with large chins or turkey necks. Not trying to be insensitive, but there are different types of necks and people want to know because helmets can't be returned once you've used it just once. Anyway, its easy to get the helmet off and on, and easy to latch the ratchet chin strap. Overall, the helmet has a sharp design and feels very comfortable. This helmet was very expensive at over 200 dollars, which would be fine if it worked as expected. the speakers are incredibly quiet so much so that its basically useless unless youre idling at a light or the bike is off…. Plastic feels super cheap, wind visor is not scratch resistant at all, has a strange fit. Avoid this product, get a normal helmet; i still like the modular style, and install your own stereo unit. ... show more
