I do quite a lot of work on my house, and was in need of a pair of boots that I didn't have to worry about. When the task is messy, such as painting or coating the driveway, these fit the bill. They are fairly lightweight, but are very comfortable and supportive. Are they built as well as my $300 red-wing boots? Of course not. But for this price, these are a no-brainer for the peace of mind of not having to worry about. I recently wore these in a downpour while unloading construction materials for about 45 minutes. After stomping through many deep puddles, my feet remained dry. These sure serve a purpose and I am glad I got these.

First, just to be clear, I'm a woman (with wide terrible feet) reviewing a man's boot- & it's not my first time to wear men's footwear to best accommodate my hard to fit feet. And fyi, a women's size 8 (my normal size is 7.5-8 2W women's) is roughly a men's size 7, only the men's footwear is automatically wider without special sizing for width. I was surprised right off at how nicely these fit my feet, & how much they cushioned my steps with the proper arch support & flexibility in the soles. These feel sturdy & will protect your feet. Since they're a hiking boot, you want good traction & ankle support, & these provide that. I like the waterproof aspect too- you won't get far with wet feet, & while I no longer do much hiking, I've done plenty in the past. Many hiking boots are quite heavy, which can be tiresome to wear- these are "lightweight" for their size. The main thing I took off one star for is that the description (in one place) says they are "suede leather" which they are not- I know of no cows that can produce man-made materials- these are NOT "suede leather". And one more caution- I tried these out while wearing only lightweight socks (which are not what you'd normally hike in) & these boots fit a bit snug all over, so please keep that in mind when you select your size; you might do best to size up a half size, especially if you also plan to wear thick socks.

These fit my feet perfectly (10.5) with a bit of stiffness out of the box that I suspect will break in once I wear them more. These aren't extra heavy-duty (advertised as lightweight and fit that bill) and though they can be worn for most anything, I don't know how well they'll stand up to extreme hiking conditions. Love that they're waterproof and have yet to put them to the test but intend to use these for outdoor activities ranging from fishing to gardening and of course hiking. Also love that they're a bit more stylish than some of the alternatives out there.

These boots are just as described, and they fit true to American size. I wear a 12 in most shoes and boots and these 12's fit me to a T. They are super easy to don and remove, which I really appreciate. I've taken a few long hikes in the woods with them so far and they performed perfectly...very sturdy and comfortable. I have not had the opportunity to test their waterproofing yet, so I can't speak to that. So far I like them very much.

Title says it all. The boots themselves are fine: these are throw-away kickers that you're meant to toss at the end of a season, not something you can genuinely expect to perform through heavy use conditions over a span of years. They're cheaply made, of cheap materials, but they look fine, fit comfortably enough, and will do a basic job just fine. They run a bit small, but not unwearably so; these are at least half a size smaller than expected, but it worked out OK for me. There's nothing objectively wrong with these, I just think that the price is way high. You can buy something local in the same price range, or less, from an actual recognized brand. Maybe this company is reputable somewhere, but I've never heard of them outside of Amazon.

Because these boots are a perfect fit, consider whether your foot needs more or less space and order accordingly. They are snug, but that's exactly what you want for hiking boots to ensure less possibility of twisting an ankle. The material implies they are water-proof under normal conditions, but I would go wading in a riverbed just to test them.
