The media could not be loaded. This tree is so pretty! The flocking is realistic in that it pools in certain spots more than others. I chose to pull down the branches because I want them to look heavy with snow. The prelit tree is well made - multiple sections that fit together easily! It’s heavy and sturdy! I did call CS because I thought my anchor kit didn’t come but that is for taller trees. The woman in the phone was very friendly and helpful, and offered bulbs and new stand as is necessary for the tree. I’m very satisfied!! Note: the tree itself is very bright white - as if you would pick it out in a tree farm with snow on it. The bulbs have flocking so they are muted a bit. I personally love it but it was a surprise when I opened the box. (I don’t know what I was expecting, to be honest.) It can appear more yellow than clear because of that. My tree is in a creamy toned room and it blends perfectly! I can see this in a colorful or white toned room as well. ... show more

I debated for weeks on which tree to purchase, I read 100s of reviews on so many trees. We’ve always had a real flocked tree, so this was our first ever artificial tree and I was honestly nervous. I wanted a 12-foot, flocked, pre-lit tree that looked as realistic as possible and stayed under $1,000 — a tall order! This tree exceeded every expectation. The flocking is full and beautiful, not patchy, and it looks just like a high-end real tree once it’s fluffed. It was much easier to assemble than I expected for a 12-foot tree, and there was far less mess than dealing with a real flocked tree. This tree is gorgeous! Very easy to put together; only three pieces! It is actually rounder than it looks in the picture. The flocking is beautiful and of course makes a mess while putting the tree up, but it is well worth it.

The media could not be loaded. I was hoping for the heavy flocking that alot of reviewers referred to, and that's what I got. This is the 9' UNLIT Frasier Hill Farm Pine Valley flocked tree. From start to finish it took 2.5 hours, no breaks, to set up. It's the most difficult tree to "fluff" because of the flocking - it required alot of forceful separation of branches which have been glued together by the flocking spray. But in the heaviest flocked spots, near the tips of the branches, I tried not to force the branches apart, so the "pile" of snow would remain in tact. It looks quite realistic. Though it was difficult to "fluff" as brand new, I'll never have to do that hard part again in future years. I plan to store it in a tree bag with plenty of room, not smashed back into the original box, which will help on that part. The dust was significant - probably should have worn a mask but didn't. Shedding was also heavy, but resulting from separating the branches - so now that they are in place I don't expect shedding to be a problem going forward. I was slightly concerned to start because the directions which came with it say a 9' tree comes in 4 sections. Mine has 5 - which is what the directions indicate for a 10' tree. Fortunately it is in fact a 9' tree, so the printed directions are a bit off (though I can tell they are written rather generically, for all heights and both un-lit and pre-lit versions.) Happy with shipping and delivery- it was not Prime - when I ordered it estimated 9 days out for delivery, but it showed up in 5 days and in good shape. Very happy with it! ... show more

If I could’ve given this tree zero stores I would have. Nonetheless, I tried to contact Amazon to make this right however they want a consumer after taking this out of a box taking the time to try to fluff it and get it right sending them pictures of clearly, broken limbs, and manufacture defects. They want you to box this thing up to even get some type of help. I would never ever ever recommend purchasing from this company and I’m seriously considering not purchasing from Amazon again. ... show more
