    • T-mobile Hotspot you can't use is very misleading
I ordered this hotspot under the impression you could just buy refills it's not that easy 1 you have to either have a tmobile account or 2 start a prepaid service which to even get set up you have to buy a sim card for almost $30 dollars from the tmobile store and still have to pay for the service which 2mb of data is over $15 dollars this item might be ok if you are rich but I'm not so this item is useless. Don't waste your money unless you are a baller and make good money. The product is very misleading ... show more

    • Great device for U.S. use but on TMobile only and cannot be unlocked
I bought this to use with TMobile's 30G/$10 month plan. The device has worked great with my TMobile service throughout the U.S.--no complaints. One issue is that, although the device shows as being able to be unlocked on the TMobile website, it actually cannot be unlocked. I was planning on bringing it to Europe so I could pop another SIM into it but TMobile will not unlock it. They said the device is not in active service any longer, therefore they do not support it in any way. ... show more

I use my phone a lot and if I need a HotSpot for any length of time the battery in the phone won't cut it. So this is great when I need both. Works well and has decent battery life.
