The only reason I give this a 4 star is because the item glass came broken- having said that- it was prob the shipping handler who was not as careful with it being glass because the item was shipped as cautiously packaged as possible. The greatest part was when calling the phone # listed in the packaging for a replacement- the gentleman I had the pleasure of speaking with was absolutely on point with customer service. He quickly offered to replace and also refund my purchase in full. They didn’t have a replacement for the exact item I originally purchased without it having a very small imperfection- so he fully refunded. I thanked him and the whole thing took no more than 5 minutes. Very nice man and great customer service. Will def be purchasing from this company again. I had an unusual size document I wanted to display, and most frames do not fit it. I bought this frame because of its dimensions. The frame is as described. While my document was a little smaller than the frame size, it is a good fit. I had hoped that the backing behind the document might be black as the backside of the frame is. Instead it is uncolored cardboard. I had to add my own background to make my framed document look nice. Other than the plain backing, I am totally happy with my purchase.
