My daughter-in-law gave me a beautiful picture for Mother’s Day, but it was a weird size. It would be $80+ to custom frame it. The frame was exactly as promised, which is reassuring as I have purchased frames in the past that did not quite match the dimensions as advertised. This frame seemed sturdy and looks nice on the bedside table. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

The only reason I give this a 4 star is because the item glass came broken- having said that- it was prob the shipping handler who was not as careful with it being glass because the item was shipped as cautiously packaged as possible. The greatest part was when calling the phone # listed in the packaging for a replacement- the gentleman I had the pleasure of speaking with was absolutely on point with customer service. He quickly offered to replace and also refund my purchase in full. They didn’t have a replacement for the exact item I originally purchased without it having a very small imperfection- so he fully refunded. I thanked him and the whole thing took no more than 5 minutes. Very nice man and great customer service. Will def be purchasing from this company again. The frame is beautiful (apart from cracked glass) but I was very happy at the end of my call. Thank you Dan!

I had an unusual size document I wanted to display, and most frames do not fit it. I bought this frame because of its dimensions. The frame is as described. While my document was a little smaller than the frame size, it is a good fit. I had hoped that the backing behind the document might be black as the backside of the frame is. Instead it is uncolored cardboard. I had to add my own background to make my framed document look nice. Other than the plain backing, I am totally happy with my purchase. It looks great!
