It is the same fan that came preinstalled in my case (Fractal Design Define R5) so when deciding which fans to add I just decided to stick with the same fans since they would match as I intended to use the included fans with the case. I have to say I like these fans. My case stays cool. Fans are very quiet (I have a fan running nearly constantly so my sensitivity to case noise may be less than other users - I use the R5's built in fan controller for the 2 intake and 1 exhaust fan and I have it turned to 100% nearly 100% of the time). I mainly bought them so they would match the other white fans and the white accents of the R5 case and they turned out to be very good fans. I will say I bought two of these things (with about a week in between purchases) and the seller had changed. The first time I received the fan new in the retail packaging including all the stuff that is included with the fan (screws, literature, etc.). The second fan I ordered came in a mailer wrapped in bubble wrap (securely) without the retail packaging nor the things included in the package. I needed the screws from the first one I bought to mount the second one. Wouldn't have minded not having the box if they wanted to stay green or whatever, but at least throw in those 4 little screws... All in all a good inexpensive fan that I do not regret buying two of.

The case I purchased only came with two fans, but I wanted to get a third one. The screws on this are smaller than the stock fans, but everything else is the same. I will replace it if I ever upgrade my cooling, but it isn't that bad, and it did improve my computer's temps slightly.

this fan is quiet, looks nice and works very well. The fan is very very easy to install. I installed it on my fractal design define r5. the only issue I have is the fact that the fan itself didn't come with the long screws to install it on the front of the case. I'm not sure why it came with these short screws. The long scares do come with the r5 case but the issue is that I bought that 5 years ago and I really had to hope that I still had all the additional things the box came with. thankfully I did have them. other than the screws. I definitely recommend this fan.

Fractal makes great parts. Matches the the style of their Define cases. Silent. It's a PC fan, ummm.. It turns the blades when powered by your mobo too, so there's that.

Great case fans for the price, purchased one to make a third in a fractal design case that included two. I am sure that there are better case fans on the market, but these are solid and quiet while moving air very sufficiently. Would definitely recommend to anyone who has purchased a FD case and is looking to use FD fans. I am personally not into the flashy LED products, so this fits my needs well, and the white fan looks good when in motion.

They looked nice, easy to install, whisper quiet. The only thing I would caution is that on the case I got, the Fractal Design Define S Computer Case FD-CA-DEF-S-BK there was just barely not enough room to put the top screws in if you mount 3 fans to the front. Also I ended up needing a fan controller because I did not have enough fan connections on the motherboard I got. For the fans themselves though, totally worth the buy! Super easy to install and I cannot stress enough how quiet they are.

I bought this fan only to match the fans that already came in my Fractal Design Define S. My only complaint is that it is a bit loud. The fans that come with my H105 are quieter and running at higher rpms. Once I get gaming or turn on music, I am unable to hear them. They do their job well, pushing high amounts of air in at low rpms. Note: My case sits on my desk, less than two feet from where I sit.
