I am very happy with this mattress which is medium-firm and high-quality. It's way better than the last one I had, being deeper at 10 inches high with built in pocket springs that are very supportive, and you still have the comfort of the gel memory foam that molds to fit your body. i especially like how the mattress doesn't smash down when you try to get off the edge, but provides support, and how there is very little motion on the surface so it makes laying on it more still and quiet. It seems to be very high quality, with beautiful construction and styling, and no noticed loose threads or defects. Overall, I have no complaints. Sleeping on it just feels heavenly and relaxing, I sleep better, and wake up refreshed no matter if I lay on my back, side, or stomach.

This is another quality mattress from FLEXPEDIC. Since mattress requirements vary by individual I will stick with saying this does feel like a Medium Firm mattress as advertised. It does use both coils and foam. The build quality feels solid and is a nice looking mattress. If you prefer hybrid mattresses and Medium firmness then this is an easy mattress to recommend!

This 10in hybrid mattress in a box by FP FLEXPEDIC is perfect for my 8 year old daughter. She had a hand me down mattress that had seen its better days, so it was time for us to get her a new mattress but I was looking for one that was affordable. This was a perfect solution for us!! Upon arrival, my husband and I unboxed the mattress and laid it in our daughter's bedroom floor to be left untouched until it had sufficient time to return to its natural state. I was very impressed with the fact that there was no odor, even after leaving the mattress in her bedroom with the door closed!! After 4 days we finished putting our daughter's bed together and she was able to sleep in her new bed, and impressed is an understatement when it comes to the comfort of this thing!! I laid with our daughter to read with her at bedtime and could've easily slept right there with her and our daughter exclaimed it was the best bed she had ever laid in. Now all of our kids are jealous and want new mattresses just like their sister, but we will see about that. Highly recommend this mattress in a box and wouldn't think twice about purchasing another one from this brand!!

Absolutely love this FP FLEXPEDIC 10" Hybrid Mattress in a Box. After it "puffed up" completely I was ready to try it out - btw, I didn't notice any smell. I've had mattresses in box before that you want to let "gas off", so it would be up to you if you decided you still wanted to do that, by just not using it right away. I love the fact that it is hypoallergenic and follows OEKO-TEX standards. Really happy with a good night's sleep after trying this mattress out. This will not be my main bed, as I will be using it for a guest room, however, I believe my guests will enjoy the comfort and support of the cooling gel memory foam. With the ease of ordering mattresses online now - via, mattress in a box - I would definitely consider buying this brand again when I'm ready to replace my old mattresses. Super happy with this one.

We opened this next to the bed and put the mattress on the platform before cutting open the plastic as it comes vacuum-packed. It started expanding immediately but it took about 38 hours before it was fully expanded. I ordered the mattress for my 11-year-old grandson to replace a twin that he says is too firm. The first couple of nights he slept on the mattress while it was still expanding and said it was too soft. After it had fully expanded and he had had more time sleeping on the mattress he said it was very comfortable. I put a waterproof mattress protector on it because kids are not careful. I took a nap on the mattress while my grandson was at school and I found it to be medium firm. It was comfortable but I prefer a firmer mattress. This is a great well-made mattress for kids' or teens' bedrooms or dorm rooms.

This is a supportive mattress that would work for kids, teens and some adults. I think that if you are a heavier adult this may not be thick enough for you, you may need to go with a 12 or 14 inch mattress to get the maximum comfort. I like that this mattress isn’t creaky and has a nice soft top on it. You do need to give this a few days to not just fully expand but to thicken up, so be sure to plan for that. It is perfect for bunk beds.

This is a top-quality hybrid mattress for this price range. Setting it up went well, it was surprisingly less heavy than expected and at least in my case it did not violently unroll (but always be wary of that). There haven't been any smells and the mattress is very clean. It feels good to lay on. It's pretty firm for a memory foam and doesn't have any sink issues. It has consistent firmness distribution across the whole bed including the edges. Then there's the pricing. The market on beds is competitive but they all do different things and rarely do anything the same way. Some others don't use gel, or don't meet OEKO-TEX standards, etc. but this one offers good support, firmness to softness balance, no stitching issues, and guaranteed non-volatility. I do recommend it since you are getting reliability and safety here. It's very satisfactory.
