Description

Performance Series Coil-over IFP shocks are loaded with advanced technology and a long list of features that set it apart. The precision, metal impact extruded aluminum body increases cooling capacity and is rust resistant. The vehicle-specific upper mount includes a composite bushing that isolates noise and vibration. Locking, spring preload rings that allow easy ride height and preload adjustment retain a top quality racing coil, selected to deliver the optimal spring rate. Performance Series Coil-Over IFP shocks bolt on with no modifications and are designed to level your truck front-to-rear. Applications are available for stock and lifted trucks that re-use the stock shock. Inside is an internal reservoir with Internal Floating Piston (IFP) mono-tube design separates the shock oil from the high-pressure, nitrogen-charged gas chamber. The IFP eliminates oil aeration allowing maximum performance from the factory- tuned, precision valving. The easy-to- install, 2.0 Performance Series Coil- over IFP provides a comfortable on-road ride and predictable offroad handling in even the toughest conditions.

I’ve had these installed for about 10 months and have let them settle to where they ride now. After taking measurements I’ve achieved absolutely no lift. My truck rides at 100% stock ride height with these. They advertise 2” of lift. I should have honestly just stuck with my 2” strut spacers...

Most people buy coilovers for ease of adjustment. Other brands allow for adjustment while on the car or truck. These cannot be adjusted while installed per Fox because they are aluminum bodied with aluminum threads. This requires multiple installations to get the proper ride height. You will also need a wall mounted spring compressor because the diameter of the coil and the lack of space between the coils will not allow for a traditional spring compressor and spanner wrench to be used. Do not expect this to make your truck level out of the box- you may very well need to do multiple adjustments and multiple installations. ... show more

    • Great option for 14-18 f150
Got a great deal on these coilovers for my 2017 F150 crew cab 4x4. Easy install and much improved ride both on and off road. For the aluminum body 2015+ trucks this will lift the truck over 2" the way they come setup. I had mine adjusted down to about 1.75" of lift in order to maintain wheel travel and ride quality. The rear shocks were very easy to install and made a massive difference in ride quality and vehicle control. Was this setup worth $600 more than the bilstein 5100's? I'm not sure it is but the nice thing is just bolting them in and not having to disassemble the factory strut/coil assembly. Only minimal settling as far as ride height and no weird noises or harshness at all, aligned to factory specs with ease. ... show more
