My yard is mostly clay and I’ve been trying various combinations of in ground and raised beds with different combinations of purchased soils for years. This year, after getting some recommendations from a friend that always has a nice garden, I used fabric pots, potting soil (not garden soil), and this stuff. One plant per fabric pot. This was the best looking my plants have ever been by far. They all got nice and big. I was so excited. Other than cherry tomatoes, I still unfortunately had very limited output of vegetables. This has brought plants back to life over the years. It makes them big and strong. I love and swear by it. Went to the place in town where I used to buy it and it was out of stock. They wanted almost 30 dollars more than what I got it for on Amazon. I'm so happy it's affordable. Don't need much and it goes a long way. Great for house plants, vegetable and fruit gardens and berry bushes. Even transplanting plants outside and making them so big and so beautiful. If your trying to grow bigger produce. Use this for sure. Before the flowering stage. Mix only 2.5ml or a cap full to 1 gallon of water and water every 3rd water.
