I ordered the Foxalien XE Pro with Linear Rails, 40W laser, T-slot Hybrid Spoilboard, and Module Relay Switch upgrades and I could not be happier. This is an industrial strength CNC desktop machine and the customer service is exceptional. Being a new user I have had multiple questions and suggestions for their new user instructions and they are very responsive and either answer my question or in one case they updated their website with a suggestion I made for new users. Great machine and great company, I highly recommend them and this CNC machine.

Current rating is based on prior to working with customer support. Will be updated after working with them. Get machine delivery is on time. Set up machine and use locktite on moving axis bolts to ensure nothing comes loose (foreshadowing) First issue was dealing with all the software requirements. Be aware this unit does not come with any software to design or run the machine. They recommend Candle but I had absolutely no luck with it as the machine kept crashing each time I tried to start a job. Ended up using G sender and Vcarve desktop (an additional $350USD so your aware) to begin running first job. Run some simple jobs to verify square and integrity of machine. Have less then 30min run time and homing failures. Notice the Y axis is not moving and found the rod has popped out of the stepper motor adapter. I am a person who fixes things before complaining that being said I loosened the set screw and reinstalled the rod hoping for a quick easy fix. Not a chance. Next test it separates again with set screw tightened as much as my 30 year old man self can get it. I am very disappointed with this specific unit but I have watched a ton of YT videos and this seems like an exception. Overall the unit is of good material quality and sturdy. I would love to keep the machine and not have to begin the return process but that will all be based on their customer support which only has an email. Will update review once there is a resolution. Update: Customer service is very responsive and got back to me quickly with a solution and mailed out the replacement parts. I recieved the new parts about 10 days later and while replacing those found another broken part. The ball bearing carrier for the X axis is coming apart and loosing bearings.
