I can say it is in fact all stainless steel. otherwise my silver nitrate electrolyte would eat holes right through it. it does not.it has a perfect flat surface across the lip. i know this because my top for the cell must be tight with no gaps. i cant give you results for its normal usage in the kitchen. but i can give you its precision and durability. also its true material as stainless. where others are trying to sneak it other alloys.
