Most importantly, my cat loves this thing. I love it too which is a super bonus! My youngest, Calypso (white/grey), was excited when I was putting it together. My oldest, Timmy, was more interested in the box but he's pretty mellow and lets Calypso take charge with most new things. ***Highlights: Easy assembly, sturdy, beautiful, and affordable! - EASY ASSEMBLY: The directions were all pictures with numbers and letters to distinguish all the different parts, but I prefer it that way. Everything was labelled, nothing was missing, and the screws and tools were all separated neatly which I appreciated. I took my time putting it together and it took about 1.5-2 hours. Not bad! - STURDY: It was teetering a little bit before I put it up against the wall, BUT it's fine now. I put a little cloth between the board and the window ledge. It doesn't budge and I didn't need to use the wall mounted thing to keep it from tipping. The sticky pads on the bottom board are perfect for my vinyl floors which have their own itty little grooves/texture. NO SLIPPING AROUND the floor. - BEAUTIFUL / AESTHETICALLY PLEASING: I wanted a cat tree that was modern-looking, simple, and well-built. This is the product that was everything I wanted and more. I love the dark brown finish which matches my desk legs. The cushions are super soft to the touch and my cats prefer the breathable light material, especially during 100+ degree summers out here in Vegas, NV. So if you're looking for something with thicker cushioning, I recommend buying those separately. Additionally, you won't want to leave the surfaces without any cushions because prior to assembly the velcro was already applied to the boards. I was playing around with the cushions to see how well the cushions stuck to the velcro and those things aren't going anywhere. - AFFORDABILITY: I looked around amazon for months looking for the right cat tree that hit all my expectations AND wasn't over $100. I bought this for $75 (free prime shipping, taxes included). This is the cat tree I took a chance on. For the price, you get a nice look, plenty of space for 2-3 cats, and what I hope will last a long time. It is made of particle board, and I was very gentle when assembling it. If it breaks in under a year, I'll update my post. SUPER MINOR concerns: - Access to top level - something to keep in mind before purchasing: My oldest cat is bigger and kinda chunky so he doesn't really jump that high onto smaller surface areas. Plus, I wasn't sure what his fat *ss would do to the particle board if he did manage to jump all the way up there. I placed a chair I rarely use next to it so he can get up there easier. My youngest (the white one) is smaller and lighter and has no problem jumping up there. - White cushions: I'm not sure how long it will take before I have to wash the cushions. The media could not be loaded. We spent a few days looking online for some thing that would be wide enough for my large male cats to accommodate them lying down comfortably. Most of the cat trees that we looked at had saucer like baskets for them to sleep in. This never would have accommodated my 15 to 18 pound large male cats. 🤦🏻♀️ I wanted something rectangular, long and comfortable for them to stretch out on in front of the window. Also, cost was beginning to be a challenge because these cat trees were very expensive. When I found this cat tree, it had everything that we were looking for. The cost is excellent for the quality of the product. It is a simple, sturdy, attractive looking and large cat tree which is exactly what we’re looking for. It is not fancy… it is accommodating. It is affordable and good quality. I chose to put waterproof pillowcases over the pads that came with the cat tree. I know from experience that cats shed and eventually these furry pillows would have got hair and dirt on them. Also, with male cats , I have experienced in the past that they will urinate to claim a particular bedding spot. So I have waterproof pillowcases over them and it might not look as attractive but it’s highly functional, affordable, and safe. Very pleased with this product. Assembly was easy and pleasurable for my husband. The cats took to it immediately. Not too hard to assemble. All the pieces are numbered and the hardware is all separated for you. They even include one extra of each screw or bolt, just in case. Comes with all the tools you need. It's wood and metal, so nice and heavy. Still a tipping hazard, so anchor it to the wall. The cushions are kind of thin, and NOT machine washable, so will probably be replacing them with cat beds or cushions once they get dirty. Cats took to it right away. Not the easiest thing to put together, but with 2 of us we got it done in about 30 minutes. Knocked a star off for that. My 15 lb baby girl has been sleeping away on it since. She seems to love it! We have a separate smaller tree next to this one to help her get up and down. Otherwise it would be difficult for her to get to the top. As others have said, it is actually not a bad looking tree compared to most cat furniture. Seems sturdy enough. Plenty of space for her to stretch out… if my purr baby loves it, we love it! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This cat tree actually look good in the house and the cats like it! Assembly was very easy with simple instructions and all the tools you need. I was able to build it in around 30 minutes alone with no hassle. The cats really like it, though we have a strange cat that refuses to lay on soft fluffy things so we put a towel down for her. The cushions are very nice and fluffy and removable so you can wash them! This is big enough for any normal/larger adult cat too. 2 if mine are on the larger side and have no issues. Overall I would recommend this to anyone that has cats that like to chill in their condos. ... show more

I bought this because my old cat tower was worn out from my 2 cats using it so much. I received my delivery quickly. It’s sturdy. Everything is well labeled. You get extra bolts and screws and all the tools you need. It’s a beautiful piece but my cats don’t care for it. There are no platforms. All the beds are one right on top of the other, so it’s difficult for them to reach the top. They don’t lay on it. They only use the scratching post. They loved the old one. I love the looks of this one, but it wasn’t worth it for me. I should have stuck with something more traditional. ... show more
