My cats love this cat tree. It was very easy to assemble, and all parts were marked properly. This is a very sturdy cat tree. I have a Maine Coon mix and a 14 lb cat and they can sit on the top of the tree at the same time and look out the window. This is the only cat tree I have found that has such a large base and top, which makes the tree so sturdy and is great for large cats. The tree is also nice looking and is different from the usual carpeted cat trees. The only downside is it's so tall that it may be difficult for some cats to jump from the floor to the top of the tree. As long as there is something shorter nearby, like a chair or windowsill, cats should be able to reach the top and enjoy the view. I would recommend this product. ... show more

I love this! It’s sturdy and the perfect height for the window. It’s also large enough for my 22lb cat to sleep on and have some space. It was easy to put together as well! Also, I love the instructions! They were easy to follow and very large. $70 was a great price for this.

I give this cat tower a 4 star because its really cute, easy to assemble and sturdy. Two issues...the top piece is missing the velcro to hold the pad on. I bought some at a hobby store so it's all good. The other thing, really annoying, was the inside of the box looked like a Styrofoam bomb went off. Small white pieces everywhere. So I had to vacuum the whole thing before taking any pieces out. But it was worth the hassles, I just hope my cats like it. They're avoiding it right now. ... show more

We wanted a cat perch that was easy to keep clean (no carpet), provided multiple levels, wasn’t oversized and looked more like a piece of furniture than a cat tree. This fits the bill perfectly. It was very easy to assemble, well-constructed and is quite sturdy (we did secure it just in case, as an energetic adult feline jumper could topple it when jumping off). The directions were clear and all the parts included in well-labeled bags. I like that the cushions are removable and wash beautifully. Our 10 pound cat loves it and spends most of her time on the top perch. The 2 scratching posts are an added bonus. The only negative is that a cat must jump directly onto and off the perches from floor level. There is no way for them to easily climb up. Not a problem for a young cat but might be for an older one and we imagine even more challenging in the taller version of this product. We solved this by placing it near a chair that our cat hops onto and then onto the tree. I definitely recommend this cat tree (and so does Izzi!) ... show more

Perfect to put by a window. Its nice and big so my cat who isn't too large can lounge out. Was easy to setup, took a minute but not so bad. The bed isn't very thick, it just sticks to the top of the wood. But my cat loves it !

I was drawn to this product as a single pedestal cat tree with scratching posts to elevate a cat to accompany me near my desk while I work. I have a large breed cat, so the dimensions were the big seller for me, and it wasn't overly expensive. The assembly instructions were clear, easy to understand, and adequate hardware/ tools were provided. That said, while the assembly wasn't difficult, it took me ages to build it, and my fingers hurt very badly afterwards from all of the "elbow grease" involved in constructing it. (It took less time and effort for me to build my 7-foot cat tree with 9 platforms) I wasn't expecting the top and bottom boards to be in 2 pieces, requiring brackets to hold them together. Ultimately, this designmade it feel less sturdy than expected. The packaging could've been just as small if the top and bottom boards were each 1 piece instead of 2, and it would have looked nicer if the 3 legs also weren't 2 parts each. It also made assembly so much more time consuming at the cost of the product stability. Once built, my cats were initially enamored with the dangle toy with a bell. Then, I spent the work week with the cat pedestal by my work desk and neither of my cats would sit or lay on it, despite my many efforts, and despite there being another cat pedestal they used to lay on before, just to be near me. I know cats are picky, but I think the "bedding" or pad provided is too thin and uncomfortable on the hard surface. I appreciate that the velcro keeps it in place and it's washable, but it's very flimsy padding. After a week of cooersion and attempts to get one of the cats to use this bed, I remembered I had 1" craft foam and cut it to the platform size and it's much more cushy and desirable now. I only wish I hadn't had to make the addition myself. I liked the product color options provided, the one I chose matches my decor (and cat!) quite well! I only hope that, in time, one of the cats will warm up to it and use it! ... show more
