My mother in law recently celebrated her 90th birthday (I know, right? We’re blessed). I had gotten her a two toned diamond ring in the past and around the time of her bday, the watch she wore for years broke. We had already gotten her a lot of gifts for this special occasion and she’s not really a lover of what she calls “fancy” stuff, so I was looking for a reasonable watch that I thought she’d like and would match the ring I had gotten her. This one fit the bill perfectly. She really loves it. It’s very pretty and fits her wrist and hand size well. It also compliments the ring perfectly. Wow, I was a little surprised that this watch is as nice as it is. Now don’t get me wrong, it’s not a Citizens, Seiko, Bulova or the like, but for the price point of $99 that I got it at, I’ll take it. I like that the gold on the band is more matte and the gold around the watch is shiny. Also the tone of the gold between the two is a bit different with the band leaning a tinch almost rose-y and and around the face a definitive gold. Makes the watch almost tri-tone which I’m not mad about. If you can grab it at less than regular price, do it! ... show more
