    • Looks nice, but frustrating issues make it less than perfect.

I purchased this watch because I loved the look of it. But when I got it I found that the “seconds” hand was not aligned with the marks on the watch face. So I exchanged it and got a new one. Got the second one and the issue persisted. So u called up Fossil support and they offered to repair it. Serve the watch off and it took 4 weeks to repair. They said it was fixed, but it was not. And now I can no longer return it. I contact them again and indicate it’s not repaired. They ask me to send it back and they assure me it will be fixed. Sent it back and 6 weeks later there’s no word. So I reach out and they say they’re working on it. 6 weeks! It comes back and it’s not fixed again. I reach out once more and express my frustration. So they offer to replace it. I get my replacement, and…the replacement has the same issue. So, if you’re not concerned with the poor quality and just care about the looks I’d say go for it. But this will be the last time I get a Fossil. ... show more
