I thought this watch was a counterfeit (Most Likely is) It looked good. It wasn't as heavy as my other Fossils and felt cheap like the band was hallow. Ran slow at first. I contacted customer support for a replacement and they instructed me to change the battery. After changing the battery the watch ran fast by 45 minutes a day. Contacted customer support again and finally got a refund. I don't recommend buying anything off Amazon warehouse that says "like new" even if it says you can send it back. ... show more

I went through the reviews for this watch prior to purchasing and I noticed some said it was a knock off or the watch was shipped in a bag and came to them damaged so I wasn't sure I wanted to order but for the price and the free return I decided to go ahead and order the watch directly from Amazon.com services LLC and not a third party vendor. The watch came shipped to me in a cardboard shipping box. The watch was in its tin when I opened it. You can see from the pictures I included that it is a new watch with the plastic on it and includes the fossil tag. I own three fossil watches myself that I bought directly from fossil and this is definitely a fossil watch. If you are leary about purchasing online just order direct from Amazon. I love this watch. The color green looks black in darker rooms but when the light hits it the green pops out and it looks amazing with the gold color. Only con I would have is the face does not rotate like a traditional submariner.

For years, I’ve searched for a Fossil watch that more closely followed the design of the premium dive watches with a reasonable price point. Enter the FB-01. The watch and and case are built well. The clasp with its push button release was very easy to use. The bubble on the watch face, magnifying the date, completes the look. Well made; looks nice; resistant to water and scratches. The date magnifier is useful for those of us who use reading glasses. The bezel is purely decorative and does not rotate. The clasp is a bit irritating if not positioned appropriately.

This is my first “real” watch purchase and for the price it is absolutely beautiful. It looks classy and cool without being too showy, it has a good weight and feel to it as well and again for the price it is a decent watch. It comes sized really large and I assume most people have to resize it, so if this happens to you don’t be discouraged, I managed to resize it myself with a thumbtack, hammer and some tweezers, there’s some videos out there that’ll help you out. That’s about all I can think of to tell someone who’d like to purchase this watch, hope you enjoy it as much as I do! ... show more

An impressive heavy watch that looks good. Overall, I'm pleased with the quality and feel of this watch. However, there is one design fault that isn't critical, but irritating in that the date is hard to see. The magnifier is fine, but a grey date on a black background makes it difficult to see except in perfect light. A brighter white for the digits would have been better. On the positive side, the watch offers a comfortably satisfying weight, a stylish bracelet and a great look. A good watch for a reasonable price. Update: I set the watch against atomic time when I received it and to date it has not gained or lost a single second. This is amazing timekeeping. Even my more expensive watches can't match this. ... show more
