We tried to call local stores to see if anyone offered engraving (free as mentioned on the card insert) or if they had additional links. The engraving is likely only done at Fossil stores, but the Dillard’s sales lady was helpful. They didn’t have/do either but I could order up to two free links by calling Fossil. And she’s right. You have to call. There’s no option online to order them. I’ve called three times a day since Monday (today is Friday) and left my callback with the automated machine (the only option ever given) and I’ve yet to hear back from Fossil. I’ve tried reaching out via email and FB as well. So great watch. But unusable for a large man without extra links. Update: I called again Friday afternoon. This time I didn’t select the option to order links. I just stayed on the line without making a selection until a live person came on. I received quite a few compliments on this watch along with my outfit while spending time on vacation. It’s a bit more than I’d normally wear as I do not like to flaunt but it made me feel good that it wasn’t outrageously priced so it didn’t hurt my wallet at all. If you can find this watch on sale, it's a great budget choice! I wouldn't recommend paying more than $65 for it. The second-hand lines up with the markers around 99% of the time. It's also hair-friendly and performs well underwater. It's important to note that the watch is Dive-Inspired, which means the Bezel is fixed and cannot be rotated. The watch is the nicest one I have ever owned and recommend it highly. BUT, unless you have a very large wrist, be prepared to either take the watch to a jeweler or buy a watch repair kit. I did the latter and glad I did. I will now be able to also change the battery w/o taking it to a jeweler.
