This is an excellent heavy-duty phone. We got it mostly for the sound quality which is super loud and was great for my dad who is hard of hearing. Unfortunately, I was never able to fully dumb it down (even using senior apps) for him to be able to use it successfully. Back to a flip phone it is. First and foremost I rarely give 5⭐on anything reason being it allows room to grow, with that being said.. I Door dash on a ebike so dropping the phone is a constant for one reason or another no matter how much you try to prevent it. My last 3 phones in two years didn't last for very long obviously. This My 116Pro is a electronic brick and the size has made the phone pockets obsolete, already I've dropped it 3x in a few days,I damaged something thank God concrete can be patched the phone wasn't phased one but, So it can take a hit just as well as giving it. It took a day to figure out how to navigate the system and while I'm still figuring out other aspects of it the absolute parts that I require came relatively quickly. A feature that I absolutely love is the magnification box. Maps today aggravate the living hell of me, zooming in on a street to see the name of it get smaller sorta defeats the purpose of why I'm zooming in in the first place. Tap my Lil red tab about a 4th of the size of the screen pops up and boom I'm zoomed in on the street name. No more guessing the letters under the navigation lines. Because DD is so taxing on the phone the battery life on the others never made it past 4 pm in a 9 am start. The 116Pro has a day and a half plus extra. I can start at 730am and continue till 830pm, I'm giving out long before the battery. I really didn't want the speaker , I'd prefer the sun mounted on the back model but it didn't come with 5G, however no complaints though, I have Rockville Bluetooth speakers mounted on the handlebar, and they are beautiful with sound and quality ( just like my new phone), I use the old phone to run my music and with the size of the speaker on the 116Pro I can DDs signature ring through the Rockvilles. To sum this up, yes 4⭐( gives room to grow), The price was fantastic, within my budget and a better suited phone for what I do and require. Oh and it's durable, don't drop it on cracked sidewalks you'll mess up the sidewalk more and not scratch the phone. ... show more
