Setup is straight forward : just follow the included manual step by step. I completed setup in under an hour. It’s some weight( you feel it , but not heavy, just right weight) . The media could not be loaded. Nice looking and nice feeling. Sturdy and well built but I is a POS as far as function. The home screen would flash then go black then flash then go black and would do that I assume forever until I turned off the screen. The phone will make calls and so forth when the screen is not flashing, but when it is flashing no app icons appear. It is an unfortunate situation and waste of time and resources sending it back. I am very surprised that the quality of the phone is so great. The system of the phone is so smooth. Very function so smooth and the screen touch is very great. I am not a big fan of android phones but I am super impressed by this phone. The size is huge and the back has a clock design is so fantastic and unique. The sound quality is very nice as well. this phone is extremely durable! It has a super battery that can last 5 days without charging as I am not a heavy user. It can install two SIM cards, but I wish it could support eSIM that would be even better. The screen is about the same as iPhone Max. This rugged phone is just OK. It's not as rugged as most other rugged phones I've had, the back screen is totally unnecessary and vulnerable bc it's a millimeter of raised glass on the back, so you risk damaging it every time you put the phone down! There's no ir blaster, idk why I thought that. AND here's the real kicker: it's 6GB RAM, NOT 24GB! You have to read the fine print. The title says 24GB RAM with no asterisk* to describe that this is not the whole truth! So, I'm extremely unhappy about this product's misleading and underhanded title! The battery is 10500mah but it hardly lasts a day with moderate use (no streaming, just texting & web browsing with vibrating turned off). My old Ulefone 13 is a far better phone! ... show more
