The media could not be loaded. I brought this item for my sons birthday in September. He played with it 3 times before the car malfunctioned - it moves even with the controllers all turned off. The controllers also do not connect and don’t work. We have tried resetting it. Would appreciate if the seller can get in touch to arrange a replacement. Thank you ... show more
