- 3X MECHANICAL ADVANTAGE - Our Co-Ax Press has three times the mechanical advantage of an ordinary C press. Its so effortless, full length sizing can actually be accomplished by operating the handle of the press with the little finger! Theres no pain but plenty of gain.
- PERFECT ALIGNMENT - The Co-Ax Press delivers perfect alignment of the die and the case because the shell holder jaws are designed to float with the die, thereby permitting the case to center precisely in the die. Dual floating guide rods to help ensure perfect alignment.
- ACCEPTS STANDARD RELOADING DIE - The Co-Ax Press accepts any standard 78 X 14 reloading die, some with existing locking rings. We recommend Forster Cross Bolt Locking Rings.
- PRECISE & ACCURATE - The unique top priming device seats primers to factory specifications. The seater is always at right angles to the case head. Primers will not flip or tip. They will be seated straight, level and at a uniform distance below the case head. Primers cannot be crushed, nor will they protrude from the case head and cause premature firing.
- QUICK DIE CHANGE - Snap-in and snap-out die changing. You can actually change from sizer die to seater die in two seconds!
- SPENT PRIMER CATHER SYSTEM - A positive spent primer catcher system which passes all spent primers and dirty carbon through a tube and into a container. That helps keep all working parts free of dirt and abrasives.
- DESIGNED TO LAST - Because there is absolutely no torque on the head of the Co-Ax Press, long life is the rule rather than the exception. Due to the design of the linkage and pivots, all forces are in equilibrium whether the press is at maximum work load or at rest.

I've reloaded since the 1980's and always wanted a Co-Ax press. Finally purchased one this year, and could not be happier. I've used many presses over the years, and this is by far the best for my precision reloading needs. Not fast like my Dillons, but it's neither designed as, nor meant to be a progressive reloading press - it's designed for precision handgun and rifle case reloading, and it fulfills this role superbly. It's worth noting that the Co-Ax is far faster in operation than other single die presses I've used and/or owned, due to the unique shell holder and die holder designs. This press is solid (cast iron and steel), very little plastic, yet it is narrow and takes up relatively less bench real estate than other presses. There is nothing cheap about the Co-Ax, including the price, but in precision work, you don't want cheap, and you really get what you pay for with the Co-Ax, as with all Forster Precision products. Includes excellent pictorial instructions, spent primer cup and metal drop tube, adjustable die tensioner to ensure the dies don't flop around, and all the tools you need to set up and adjust. Strong enough to form wildcat cartridges. I'd advise buying additional dies rings from Forster (they include one with the press) - they're softer than other manufacturers' steel rings which may damage the press.

This press has some very unique features. You will no longer need a small box of shell holders as the jaws automatically and perfectly grab the case every time. If you set up your work flow you can seat primers very quickly and to the perfect depth. Changing dies is very fast as all you do is slide them in/out. I like the straight in access you have to the press. The leverage seems about the same as a current RCBS--maybe a little better. The decapping primer capture system works flawlessly and I believe the press maintains excellent--maybe perfect alignment in all operations. I am getting less than one thousandth of run-out on almost all loaded rounds. Came from an RCBS Rock Chucker--nothing wrong with that press but I do think this one is better with a more clever design and is capable of producing loaded cartridges with very very little run-out.

This is the be all to end all of presses! Built like a tank and accurate as all get out! It's a tight fit reloading .338LM (and you will need the LS jaws) but I've yet to see better concentricity from my reloads. Not cheap but if ELR is your game this is your press!
